Since January 1st, 2015 Tool Spare Parts is under new management. Since this period, Tool Spare Parts have adjusted their approach to customer service.
I placed an order in July (its now September) sent emails and phone calls wont respond to me wasted my money its been three months with absolutely nothing, don't waste your money extremely poor customer service!
Placed an order for a minor part on a Bosch Jigsaw, which included payment up front on 12 May 2025. After payment the email reply indicated possible delays of up to 4 weeks. I wasn't happy but accepted that as I need the part. After about 5 weeks I tried to contact them to follow up delivery, by phone and email. Its nearly September and I'm still… Read more
waiting. Multiple emails and no response. Have sought a refund and still no response. What's even worse is that they charged for postage and seem to have pocketed this as their own profit. Don't go near them.
1 is too high a score - ordered part 2 months ago I sent 2 follow up emails - then made a phone call - got thru and provided order details she said I'll follow up and email me straight away - no follow up email. I sent another email - tried calling - nothing, nada, SFA- beyond dissapointment.

weeks later they send me a notice that my item has just been packed and sent. It just arrived today the 19th Nov. 2 1/2 weeks $19 was the total for a $1.00 cap and slow delivery. Never again because they didn't care enough to reply when asked what was going on. An 18 hour drive took 2 1/2 weeks and I lost two customers who got tired of waiting. See photo

Quick and accurate transaction – After chasing a part at every tool store in Coffs Harbour and being told I'd be lucky to get the part in Australia, i found this mob online. 10 days later part delivered! Good communication throughout and tracking updates. Well done guys.
Awesome service – Needed a replacement dust chute for an AEG PS254SB mitre saw. Neither the Big Warehouse Spares nor Bunnings (where the unit was purchased) were able to source the replacement. Good communication from Goran, kept in the loop of actions, reasonable postage with good tracking. Based on my experience will use again for hard to source tool spare parts.
Honest review – Have read all the negative reviews about this company on here. I ordered a part through them and while it took a few weeks to arrive it did arrive. I emailed this company for an update on my order to which they replied in a timely manner. I received tracking advice from the time my order was shipped including a final advice to say the item had been delivered. Today is the 30th Dec 2021 James

I ordered a part on May 1st and still haven’t received anything. I’ve tried calling and emailing multiple times—no one answers the phone, no replies to emails, and absolutely no updates. I even requested a refund, and they’ve ignored that too. This is completely unacceptable. I feel ripped off. Do not use this business.
Unreliable and untrustworthy Company. Two months after ordering and paying for an item I have not had any responses to emails requesting and update on when I will received my order. Their listed phone numbers are disconnected. I have no trust in this company and recommended people avoid them like the plague. I would aware Zero stars if I could.

Ordered parts in January 2025. Received email Feb saying parts on back order 3-4 weeks. April enquired where parts were. I was told 1 had arrived and the other still on backorder. End of april I asked for the arrived part to be sent. No further communication has been recieved. It is now over 5 months.
I don't even think this company exists. I ordered a Ryobi lawnmower part, they took my money, and then nothing. Their phone goes to answer service, then not even that. No response to emails. They have stollen my money and can't even be reached to claim a refund. Criminals!!

Avoid at all cost, don't reply to emails and you'll wait forever. I was chasing a simple hikoi nail gun magazine part, been waiting a few days shy of a month and not even a postage notification yet.
Ordered part on 7th March, was not shipped until 2nd April as the item took a while to source from the supplier. Estimated delivery date is 5+ weeks after ordering. Will not use this company again. fits a key is slightly too narrow for the key to fit so I had to grind the groove wider for it to work. Very annoyed.
Ordered a small wingnut for my Bosch circular saw on 28 Jan. Received e-mail on 4 Feb saying item was on back order and will be another 3-5 weeks. Item cost $11.98, postage $12. Shouldn't have ordered it really - lesson learnt there. No comms from the company, just started refund action through paypal. I'll never make this mistake again. For what they charge you'd expect better service.
Same old poor service story, a common tune – Similar story to the other poor reviews. This company clearly does not stock parts. Their excuse for poor service is 10-15 days until dispatch. sourced and delivered the parts in a week, and at MUCH CHEAPER rates than this mob. Do yourself a favor, do NOT use them.
Turned it around…. zero customer service – Australia post has lost the parcel but this company has been completely unhelpful with tracking the shipment. do not buy from this business.. Follow up.. The company did replace the part however they could have just been better communicators and this problem would have never happened.
Left holding the bag – Ordered parts found via search engine. Paid for goods in good faith. Received email invoice. Bank account debited. Fourteen days later, no goods. than 10 days and this company has not answered my email regarding the delay in the dispatch of my goods. It really miffs me how a company is supef quick to debit your account but take their sweet time to send goods because I suspect most times they dont even have the goods. Instead of being upfront and telling you they they have to order said goods in they just take your money and its just too bad if you have to wait...as if your time is not important. Never again will I EVER be dealing with this company.
Illegal business model – They have nothing in stock. They order the item from a supplier after you order it. They have no idea whether the supplier has any in stock; or in fact whether the item has even been discontinued. Total lack of communication – This business advertises produces for sale that they do not have. It against consumer laws to advertise produce which a business doesn't have. Delivery is very slow and no tracking updates Avoid at all cost.
Zero customer service, over a month to get spare part – Update: always pay with PayPal, they agreed with me and sorted a full refund. would come as a pair so ordered 1, being 1 pair. When it arrived over a month later (no communication updating me on the order status despite emailing them several times, and they are selling stuff they don’t have in stock) only the 1 chain arrived. When I questioned it they said I only ordered 1. No offer of apology just an aggressive “you ordered one” (yes I did but 1 pair). Now taking it up with PayPal but not hopeful . Just best avoid people like this, should have gone to Bunnings special orders, at least they know what customer service is.

Non existence. Part, communication – Ordered a Makita part for my trimmer over four weeks ago. Still not arrived and no communication whatsoever. Website directs you to parts when you tap contact us. Buyers beware seems this site is a scam.
Avoid the frustration - do not order from this company – I placed an order on 13 September for a Makita part shown as available. The website indicates ‘Please note orders are despatched in 5-10 business days’. One month later (23 business days), the order is still showing as 'Processing'. answer emails or messages submitted through their website. They are virtually impossible to contact by telephone. Statements on their website under 'Excellent service' are absurd based on my experience. I can't rate Product Quality or Shipping here because I will obviously never see the part. I will now commence a PayPal claim if my payment is not refunded without delay.
Straight up lie to you – When I ordered my part their website said the part was "in stock", Placed the order - followed up by email a week later asking where it was, no response, tried calling, no one answers. "we received your part in today, will ship it tomorrow". Well tomorrows here and I received an email saying "sorry that part isn't made anymore". So it was never in stock, not even at the suppliers, they had never received it, they hadn't even started to process the order. They were happy to take my money thou.
Very happy it's working again and I didn't have to bin the whole thing – It took a bit longer than they claimed to deliver (and a call), but the broken pad of my AEG sander got here today. Very happy it's working again and I didn't have to bin the whole thing! Disappointed that Bunnings does't supply the parts, they just want to shove boxes I guess.
Do not order with this company – Not tooo sure if they are a scam or just useless. Money was paid even though the parts ordered were on back order, has now been 8 weeks and no parts. Asked for a refund 2 weeks ago via email and no response. Have sent two followup emails since and tried to call every day.
Very Helpful – Have used them a few time and got my items promptly and in good time. Recently I made a wrong order on a Saturday and didn't realize till Sunday, wrote them an email and asked to cancel the order, which they cheerfully done. Great customer service.
Tool Spare Parts supplied..what no one else could..thank you !! – I thought my old faithful 1/2” cap. Bosch drill was destined for the bin. Spent many hours online “around the world” looking for the part to no avail . Glad I found Tool Spare Parts..service with a smile
