identified that there was an issue with the existing meter, and a smart meter was required to be installed by Energex to ensure the system was working properly. Nish provided excellent customer service and support during this time post installation and answered all my questions and responded to my concerns. Once the new meter was installed by others, he also liaised with Sungrow directly for me to ensure that the inverter software was updated to reflect the new meter and the system was running correctly. I couldn't be happier with the install and the way the system is now operating. Top Value Solar are a great company, family owned and deliver on the promise. quote was emailed, their team member came to our home and simply explained the details contained in the quote. His product knowledge was extensive and he answered my endless questions and putting me at ease and this led to a subsequent brand change with the panels we'd initially wanted. The system they offered were top quality at affordable price and the best thing about them was they were offering me the premium products (Fronious Inverter and Longi Halfcut Panels) within my budget. When I compared the prices with other installers the price difference between the Top Value Solar and other providers was between 25% - 40% (which seems too good to be true). I mentioned the price difference to other installers but none of them was willing to match that. The other installers also raised their concerns about getting the quality of work and after installation support and etc from Top Value Solar but i am glad i went ahead with them as their product, service, promptness and customer relations all exceeded my expectations. I am one very happy customer and would definitely recommend Top Value Solar to anyone looking for solar system.

(20kW) and not to bother with tilts as they wouldn't make much difference, he showed me other systems they had installed of a similar size and roof orientation so I could confidently make my decision based on real data. I got a comparison quote from another local company for a 6.6kW system with the same panels and invertor, it was over $2000 more than Puneet's quote for the same 6.6kW system. I was a bit nervous about going for a larger system as the upfront cost was higher, but now I have started generating I can see that the original cost should be covered in three years and from that point on it will all be profit, the larger the system the more profit I will make, Puneet supported me through this decision and I'm so glad I took his advice. The installation team were excellent, the electrician used the highest grade wiring available and did a really good job, the panel installers were very efficient and also did a great job. Puneet and his team made the whole process very stress free and sorted out the connection to the grid and registering for warranties afterwards as well as advising me which electricity company I should switch to so I could get the best feed in tariff. I had a couple of quotes off other companies and they were both pushy and more expensive. I recommended Puneet to a friend who was also interested in installing solar, after the initial contact Puneet looked at the orientation of his roof and the amount of shade it would have due to trees in surrounding gardens and advised my friend that he didn't think it would be beneficial to put a solar system on his house, I found this very refreshing as I expect a lot of companies would have just taken the money. I can't recommend Puneet and the team highly enough for their honesty, competitive pricing, advice and standard of work, if you are considering solar look no further.

Great service – The panel installation process was really easy. Top Value Solar are professional, fast and knowledgeable. Their communication throughout the whole process was excellent. Good customer service – The customer service is very good. Puneet is responsive to calls. However, please note that it could take 3-6 weeks for the service provider to change the meter box. I waited for 3 weeks for the change of meter box after the solar panels are installed. Once meter box is changed only solar system could be turned on. Thanks.
