So I emailed Daniel stating that if my funds were NOT returned in full by a set date that I will be going ahead with all avenues to recoup my money.

It was funny how I couldn't get any contact with this small boy until I emailed him with my intentions, he answered within 5 minutes.

My refund was paid in full over the course of 5 days.

Don't give up on this parasite & stay focused on the fact that it is your money not his.

I was also 100% polite & non threatening in my correspondence with this scammer.

Don’t understand the bad reviews? – I placed my 2 weeks ago and received my parts within 5 days. To all the people who say they’re been stuffed around trying to get a refund, pay though PayPal and you can lodge a claim through them!

Rocker Covers for my Holden V8 – I placed an online order for some stamped rocker covers. After confirming the details with Torqueline I received the satin black rocker covers I wanted within a week and couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Great Products & Service – I have used Torqueline Garage a few times on my VK Commodore Brock build and have not had any issues so far. I look forward to shopping again

SCAMMERS – Hopeless, they take you money, don't supply the goods & don't have a professional bone in there body. Waiting for a manifold that was ordered & paid November 2022. They mixed up the order somehow. Was told part had been delivered then told a refund had been sent. Continual lies....

Ford fg radiator POOR COMMUNICATION NO REFUND GIVE – Made the payment on 6th of Feb and After MULTIPLE EMAILS and still no REFUND they have said on the first couple emails that there is 2 months wait on my order and then offered a refund I’ve given my account details to accounts and still nothing this had put career in distress as I couldn’t use my Ute for weeks lost jobs. All I ask is for my refund and out of experience to never pay directly into accounts until you do your research on a company

SCAMMED, Taking Legal Action – Put in an order for American Legend wheels in June 2023, advised 6-8 week turnaround. Then the business closes down and starts ghosting people. Limited responses. Find out from another previous supplier that American Legend are no longer and that Torqueline would be well aware of this when they took our thousands of dollars. Have lodged complaint with ACCC and sent to Solicitor to start Legal action.

Theifs – Ordered head gaskets, sump gasket and cam bolts from these guys. After weeks of chasing them they sent the head gaskets and bolts. They asked for my banking details and then didnt refund my sump gasket.

theiving peice of garbage – ordered parts of this company. $1931.00 worth, had to pay upfront. chased him for 5 weeks. he sent $470.00 worth of the order and says he sent the lot. wont answer emails or phone calls. just a theiving prck

Save yourself the headache shop elsewhere – All the negative reviews you read are true. I had the same issue as alot of these customers. PayPal told me they had him under investigation for repeated issues. Nobody who has written any of these reviews has anything to gain except protecting you from having the same issues

Weber carburettor conversion kit – Ordered a Weber carburettor off these clowns nearly 3 months ago left voicemails calls and emails only to get beat around the bush with absolute crap replies. I asked for a full refund (for obvious reasons) still no reply this business' is an absolute bloody joke.

Goods not received no refund given – After my first order was sent with the wrong items took 2 months to sort, then given the 2nd chance with 2 more orders amounting to almost $2,000 not received. it has now taken 3 months and no refund received this is not a company you should conduct business with, will not answer emails, txt messages or calls. After a short search online I have now seen this has happened to multiple people with this same company.

Parts supplied are not what was listed on the website – After months of messages and hardly any replies parts were finally shipped. When they arrived they were not what I believed I had purchased based on the listing. In fact if t you google the number on the parts bag it takes you straight to alibaba website

took 2 months to get an in stock part – Took two months to get an "instock" part. When asking about a refund I just got told it will ship soon, when I finally did get told it was shipped the parcel arrived a week later, with it only being shipped the day before. Product has incorrect parts.

over 3 weeks ago and immediately processed payment via funds transfer. There has been absolutely no action on my order. Status showed as 'Order placed' immediately after I placed the order and there has been no change since. Scammers – Ordered a Weber Carb Kit order number: 15601. Have heard nothing for a month so tried to ring and email and heard nothing. Decided to check reviews of the company and discovered this has happened to many others. Ordering elsewhere and taking the case to consumer affairs.

I bought. Calling the phone number on the website is a waste of time, no one answers it, and after constant emails my order status has finally been set to refunded however a week later and I'm still yet to see my money back, I doubt I ever will.

I'm not sure how this place is still trading if this is how they treat the majority of their customers.

Either way, they have to the end of the week before I go lodge complaints with my bank and with consumer and business services.

EDIT: immediately after making this review I received an email from them, quickest response I've had the whole time and by golly, all it took to get my refund was publicly shaming them for the sham that they're running. My thoughts haven't changed, avoid Torqueline Garage at all costs.

Torqueline Garage, avoid at all costs – Purchased wheels in November last year, long story short they never arrived. After doing a review on this site a few months ago I was promised a full refund. It has taken about a dozen emails to get the refund over 4 installments. WHATEVER YOU DO STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY.

Wish i read reviews earlier – Ordered some parte from this place as it appeared to be the only place to obtain them. Waited and waited and waited. Numerous texts, calls and emails sent with one reply saying they didnt have it in stock. Seems like a shifty business to me now. Disappointing service – Quick response to part enquiry and taking payment. Since order was placed little communication or update. One month later still no part. Eventually after threatening legal action a refund was offered. The service is absolutely useless. What a waste of time when there are so many better, ethical businesses out there to deal with.

refund and i was ignored up until january with the [Content Removed] excuse "its made to order". I have since got fair trading involved for a refund and when requested for bank details on the 25th april no refund has been issued still and any attempt to find out whats going on i am ignored. DO NOT deal with this guy unless you're preapred to NOT get what you have purchased and go down the road of civil court to obtain YOUR money back for something YOU DID NOT recieve.

****Edit**** I was contacted swiftly after this review by the NEW owners of torque line. Since the new owner has instantly refunded me my money for the throttle body and has requested the return of the other parts to process the refund. I highly urge everyone who has had prior issues with torqueline to attempt to re establish contact and take a fresh approach to any issues as they have been extremely helpful and catering with myself. I'd like to give my absolute thanks to the new owners for very promptly accommodating my issue.

****EDIT**** How I was fooled into writing up this review. Probably to sustain sales so he could pay customers that have him in court for money back. I recieved a refund of the parts i didnt recieve but the parts i did recieve ontop of being wrong and sent back for refund i didnt get anything back. I was conned into returning parts and ignored there after. Make sure you take this tool for everything his worth.

Didn’t supply what I ordered – Purchased a TLG master cylinder which I payed $377 for. 2 weeks later it arrived but not what I ordered. They supplied with a far inferior Prowflow product which on eBay sells for $200. is common practice from them. Just check the reviews. That’s why they’re contact number is a mobile number so they can screen the incoming calls and block you. Torqueline please do what u say and stop ignoring your customers. It’s been over 8 weeks now and still they refuse to make things right. PLEASE TORQUELINE JUST MAKE THIS RIGHT.
