Does anyone know what year this TV was manufactured?

We purchased a C350L and the year of manufacture is 2021. Also be aware that the picture panel is a Hisense make not Toshiba.

I would say yes it connects to my Android on Bluetooth it works through Google apps and therefore I would think it would connect on hotspot have not needed to hotspots

I’ve only had trouble with disney no trouble putting anything else most apps seem to be there already. It’s a good telly.

Planning to buy a 43 inch unit x 2 and need to know how easy it is to upload Apps not pre installed. I see you tube and Prime and Net flix are there what what about others like stan ect

The apps are installed and updated by Toshiba. They cover a large range of streaming services including Stan, Disney, Apole TV Amazon Prime Britbox etc. These and others can also be downloaded from the Google Playstore.

Can you get STAN on this T V

Yes. You press the white button on the remote so that the TV shows all available streaming services as icons. You use the remote's arrows to select STAN then press ok.

can I record to usb??

The Toshiba manual says that it records to a USB device which must be formatted as FAT32, minimum 2gb (15 mins HD recording), it also records in standby mode. Some broadcasters might block recording and the TV has one tuner so you can only watch the channel while recording. The recorder has to be plugged in, in order to schedule a recording.
