to substitute it for to get me out of trouble while keeping my order for the bulk item. Nice way to lose a customer. And FYI the last time I shopped here I was given over $20extra in change and made the person that served me aware of it. Won't be going back. Customer service is everything and you have fallen short.

Happy Customer – I went to get automotive tools at Total Tools, I was served by Sachi and he was very helpful and informative. I was able to get the right tool for the job and his manner was very amiable. I recommend Total Tools for reasonably priced quality tools.

Worst Experience don't buy from this Shop!!!!! – I purchased a Makita Top range Law mower Battery operating for $ 1250. Once Taken home we experience that with that machine could not be working for more than 5/10 meters then it stop. expensive tool, they simply say.. is not our policy and we need to send to Makita and that's it. Now after almost a month and hundred of calls they refuse to chance this F....king machine and they don't take the responsibility for that. No chance to talk to the owner of the shop as probably he feel that he is God and delegate just his employers to take the call with no solutions to the problem as a REAL OWNER should do. Shame on you mate!!!Listen to me... Change work !! Please stay out to this people.. Much better buy something from big company were is something happen they change/replace on the spot or just give you the money back!
