of planing decking timbers), a screw holding a drive gear loosened and the whole mechanism jammed, damaging the gear in the process. (Dewalt, maybe try googling "Loktite"). I drove to the store today and asked for a new unit and the staff didn't hesitate. We had a short conversation so they could understand the situation, but quick as a flash I had a new unit and was off again. The machine is doing a good job, but I'll put my own Loktite on these drive gear screws.

Ordered a screwdriver set on Friday 3rd October. Website changed my delivery to click and collect so contacted them via email to correct it. Took them until Wednesday and multiple emails until they finally got it sorted. Told it was being sent that day. shipping carrier! I wanted it delivered because I am 100km away but I could have driven there and picked it up quicker and cheaper than postage! Would not recommend them to anyone.

Found salesman did not show any empathy – Asked for arborist tools, so salesman took us to drills and hole saws. I failed to see the connection. Asked for small slings. None smaller than 1m available. Super Cheap did have them. Once outside again, coughing stopped. This is the only Total Tools where this has happened. When I said something about it to the salesman, he looked at me as if I was stupid.
