I used to love Tresemme! – I hate to say it but I thought it was my age that was causing oilly irritated patches on my scalp but after travelling overseas for a month and only using the hotels shampoos my patches healed. Made my hair full out – I’ve used this product for years but in the last 6 months I’ve realised this product is making my hair fall out!

asked the docs if it was related to my health issues and they said no. One doc said may it’s from the anaesthetic. I had no idea it was related to the shampoo and then I hear that this is such an issue that there is a class action lawsuit. Why is this product still on shelves! It’s outrageous!

Amazinggg – I love the way it smells! Totally worth it! It works well on my hair type and affordable (: I would definitely recommend this shampoo and conditioner, it lasts really long too!

kept using it for a few months until my barber pointed it out that it maybe from a shampoo I was using. From a small patch it started to spread and become bigger as my barber noticed what was happening. By that time it was too late. I kept getting a hair and leaving that part longer to cover the bald patch. Nothing grows no hair follicles whats so ever. I should I have sued them for that as it had made me self conscious especially when people are walking behind me

hair figured that maybe it was something else and let it dry naturally, my scalp was extremely tender for a few hours after. Fast forward to the next day Im styling my hair and massive pieces of dandruff are flaking off my scalp, I never have dandruff. Its almost as if I had a chemical burn on my scalp and now the skin is peeling off. I will be tossing these out before hair loss starts!!

I regularly oil and use an egg white yoghurt mask every week. Trying to get my original hair texture back.

I don't understand the negative reviews??? – I have the worst type of hair possible. Thin, kinda curly, never grows past a certain length, well not without looking ratty. OMFG TEARS! – This product caused a lot of hair loss for me. I've never had anything like this happen to me, I literally have a big bald spot in the middle of my head! And the shedding will not stop, I've only used this product once, about four days ago. This is the worst product I have ever used in my LIFE!!!

Made my hair fall out within a week!! – Bought this because their classic tresemme (black bottle) has always been good. Well, after a week my hair was literally falling out...CLUMPS in my hand and clogged my shower 3 times in one shower. Also made my hair staticky and dry feeling. Good supermarket product – This is the best shampoo/conditioner by far for a supermarket brand. My hair is curly and gets knotty and am happy with the results that Tressemme has given me. my hair is soft and knot free each time I use any of the Tressemme products. Personally am really happy with all the Tressemme Shampoos and conditioners and finally have found something that works for me. Worth the try I think. Bit more dearer than other brands but The Warehouse sells for alot cheaper.

Avoid – Avoid these products and you’ll be thanking yourself. They’ll leave your hair and scalp dry even if you do a conditioner overload. We’re a family of four and nobody had anything nice to say about it. You’ll be using Head&Shoulders after using this product.

Too bad for chemically straightened hair – This shampoo will make me bald in a day ..My hair is chemically straightened and I thought this one can be applied . Although I don't use this one.but after using this it was llike all the hair in my hand..Like a wig a very thick strand of hair came out.. Horrible

Worst i've used so far – I have to usually have to switch shampoos every three months or so i thought tresemme would be the exception but i was wrong not only did it make my scalp itchy as hell it also has been making my hair fall out so now on the sides it looks like it's thining never buying this product again!

Awful!!!! – I used these products and they made me lose more hair and my scalp was so itchy ( wake me up in the middle of the night itchy) I thought I had head lice. So I figured I was allergic and stopped using it.... my daughter started to use it so we didn't waste it. She had the same reaction as well as her friends that use it. Terrible hairfall – I started using this shampoo last year and from 2nd wash itself I experienced terrible hairfall. At first I thought it must be something else that is causing hairfall so I changed my diet, did some home remedies, even went to a doctor but nothing worked. frizzyness upto 48 hrs and make your hair smooth and straight and more manageable. From the very first use of this shampoo I was so satisfied. I feel my hair soft and yess they are more manageable and also it reduces the frizzyness from your hair. But after 2-3 times of using this shampoo, I got so much of dandruff on my hair. I don't know it's because of the shampoo or any other reason but I was not having any dandruff before and after using this shampoo..I got so much of it. So this shampoo is best and do whatever it claims but only problem which I am facing after using this shampoo is dandruff. I don't know if it just me or you guys are also facing this. Excellent shiny and smoother and manageable – Tresemme-Keratin Smooth every woman deserve to looks& feel fabulous like my self.this product reduces frizz and leaves my hair gorgeously sleek and manageable. It suitable for everyone especially to those colored there hair, iIt is gentle enough for colour treated hair.

Not happy – I found the shampoo and conditioner left a residue on the scalp. It made the scalp appear like it has dandruff and it caused mild itching. Scalp was left looking dry and flaky. Not happy with this product.

Bad! – I wrote a review about the shampoo and thought it would be better to include the whole systems as the three products contains foramldehyde. My scalpt turned pink after the third time of using it. Yes, the products are good in terms of smoothing the hair, smelling nice and the affordability but through my experience I think it really doesn't worht to risk my health for the smooth hair look

I do not straighten my hair (as I prefer it curly) but due to foils and bleach, my hair has become quite brittle & dry. Tresemme works very well indeed.

I'm pretty happy with it, it'll become a regular addition to my hair care routine, can't wait to try the other products in the range : )

If I'm going to be picky, the only thing I can fault is making sure you don't leave the conditioner on for too long as it can really make your curly hair 'flat'- but that would be a bonus if you straighten your hair!

And wow, I am loving the Shampoo and Conditioner. Its made my hair really soft and easy to manage.

My hair excepts any products, and is well behaved now.

The Shampoo and Conditioner really helps with my curls and helps my straight fringe.

I was lucky when I bought these products as they were on special at Priceline, though I was hesitated having used other Tresemme products and not getting the results, these are fantastic. I totally recommend them.
