I had a good experience with this company. I must admit they do some odd hours. But I was patient and the end result was Fantastic. Brilliant at his trade. A first time business owner, so a few down moments is always expected. I wish the very best for them, if they keep producing quality finish jobs like mine, then it's worth hiring them no matter how they operate. Abit faster would have been better, but he obviously takes his time and gets it right, unlike other trades who cut corners carelessly. I would recommend supporting this business.

Couldn’t tell you about the tiling - never turned up and was impossible to contact. AVOID
Terrible communication, constant excuses, never shows up when promised and never lets you know—you always have to chase him. Promised to finish on time but left no time to do so. Arrogant when questioned where he was if no show, saying we were “lucky” he is coming on AFL grand final day after he said he is coming early that day. Supposed to start at 6am, arrived at 11. Unreliable, unprofessional—left us with an unfinished alfresco and kept our deposit for work not even completed , refusing to refund. When asked to leave the job, he revised the quote and said we owed him money!!
