However, places like the light switches, skirting boards, inside the closets, and cabinets were still full of dust, and they hadn’t even wiped them. They were extremely unprofessional and dishonest, and I was very disappointed with their service. They clearly don’t care about ethics or doing a proper job

Avoid like the absolute plague – I thought it easier to just copy and paste my email to them. 1. I booked for 8am. 24 hours before the scheduled start, AND they wanted to COME AT 5PM?! I was happy to offer them a slightly later start at 9, 10am for example, BUT 5 PM?! ARE YOU SERIOUS?! I had to move my whole day around - gardeners, the carpet cleaner (which I couldn't change last minute and your cleaner had to remove their shoes and walk on my professionally cleaned carpet because YOU don't know how to keep a paid appointment). This also means I had to clean my own ceiling fans before your cleaner arrived so they didnt dirty my clean carpets, a task I PAID YOU TO DO.

2. I told you at least TWICE via email NOT to do ALL the rooms and gave you FULL DETAILS of which rooms to do as also detailed on YOUR OWN checklist and I cross checked this with my own checklist from our real estate agent so I could complete everything that wasn't included myself, which I did hours before your cleaner arrived). I also texted this instruction to the cleaner the morning of, along with other detailed instructions and THEY STILL CLEANED THOSE ROOMS. Furthermore, you TRY TO SCAM MONEY OUT OF ME FOR IT. As previously provided to you, I have legally passing evidence of my instructions to you to ONLY do what's on the checklist. To message me at MIDNIGHT on a Sunday demanding more money for something I instructed multiple times not to be done is something I will not be letting go of.

3. The rental agent came back to me yesterday and told me the following was missed - THESE ARE ALL BASIC REQUIREMENTS TO BE COVERED IN A BOND CLEAN AND ARE ON YOUR CHECKLIST THEREFORE YOU DID NOT FULFIL THE YOUR CONTRACTED SERVICES:

- Exhaust fan covers were not washed, only dusted - Windows internally were not cleaned - The toilets were not properly cleaned, there is still build up in the bottom of both - You have broken the toilet seat to the main bathroom. I lived there for 8 years - I can assure you that the toilet was used daily and the seat was NOT broken in the decade we lived there.

So basically this is where I'm at. After failing to adhere to our agreed booking time that I made TWO WEEKS ago, arriving 9 hours late, not completing the tasks in full, causing damage to the property, failing to adhere to basic instructions and attempting to scam more money out of me for tasks I clearly instructed you NOT to do AND walking on our professionally cleaned carpet, I will ask ONE time for a full refund for failing to adhere to contract services, times and instructions.

I paid via Klarna and raised a dispute through them and a month later got my money back. If you are unfortunate enough to hire these people and you have used Klarna, do just this and you will get your money back. Also, the more of us that report them to consumer affairs, the news and share on our social media, the more likely they are to get taken down and can no longer scam hard working Australians in this fashion.

Scam will charge you extra – This company is a complete scam. We paid $250 for our 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment and was called on the day and told blinds would be $20 each (we have 9 blinds so $180 extra), the lounge room was “oversized” so would be extra, the oven is not included so would be extra, the balcony and stairs are not included so would be extra. the agent when I first got the quote that we had a balcony and stairs and needed them cleaned and they informed me it was definitely included. When I reviewed the inclusions the ovens and blinds were included and there’s no mention of “oversized” rooms = extra charge or what parameters = “oversized”. The man informing us of all these fees was so rude and aggressive and so unhelpful/unprofessional. We asked for a refund and for the cleaners to leave. I am still awaiting a refund and am assuming it will not be the full amount as the man said he would deduct a “cancellation fee”. I will be reporting this company to ACCC and strongly encourage anyone thinking about booking this company to reconsider!

HORRIBLE STAFF AND SERVICES - NEVER USE THEM! – TERRIBLE!!!! We were asked for upfront payment after they added another $170 just for an entry way. When I spoke to the ‘manager’ he was nothing but aggressive and would not stop talking over the top of me when I was just trying to explain the situation and then proceeded to repeatedly say I was causing a problem and I am the problem. We have no issue paying we just wanted to pay the full amount after the fact to make sure the work was up to standards given the reviews. They already had a small deposit and when I told the guy to leave and not worry after only being there for 10 minutes they tried to ask for a cancellation fee. This company is a money hungry SCAM!!! NEVER BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE! So rude and unprofessional. I wouldn’t even give them one star if I could. An absolute joke of a company with worse employees!!!!

Absolutely shocking – I was quoted $310, then before the cleaner started they wanted another $200. The bathroom was not even touched, benches not wiped down, inside cupboards not touched, floors still dirty. He said he did everything on the checklist....they offered me. $50 refund! CRAP!!! – STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!! They are not bond cleaners, they are rip off artists! They would not clean walls as part of a bond clean

hours... OH that's right They wrecked our apartment, made holes in our walls, lost our key (then denied they ever had it?), somehow made marks on the ceiling, and carpet clean was well below par. It cost me right 900 out of my bond to fix theirs mistake. I called and emailed everyday, threatening a class action law suit. Only then did they get in contact with one of the contractors and said "not our problem take it up with the cleaner". How professional. No the cleaner never paid me back and it wasn't even his job in the first place. I paid the company, the company was supposed to pay me back. Requested refund and reimbursement only to be left with silence. PLEASE AVOID. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!

Horrible - They lost our FOB key for the apartment – I will never use them again. Not only were things left unclean, they threw away our FOB to the apartment meaning we are being slugged with the cost to replace it. They deny having it, even though my partner and myself were there when we gave it to them. If you want your actual bond back steer clear of these guys. Biggest scammers – The worst cleaning company of all time. Didn’t show up on the day that was arranged and didn’t bother to contact us to let us know what was happening. Then after trying to call them 5 times they finally answer and say they have to cancel so we organised for the next day only for them to show up late. I refused to give the money because I realised how much of a giant scam this all was. Took them 8 hrs to clean the house and yet dust was left everywhere. Marks left on the tiles. They used old mop water and the whole house smelt terrible. Left cobwebs. Used one dirty rag for the whole house. They didn’t clean the walls and forgot to do the extra toilet I paid them extra for. They left their hungry jacks rubbish all in my front yard. I got so frustrated and upset, I couldn’t believe I paid almost $800 for this crap. The “manager” can never be reached. The people who answer the calls are rude and keep ignoring my calls. Don’t use this company, they will scam you, you will waste your money and probably need therapy afterwards. This whole experience has been so exhausting and frustrating. I truly hope this company and its workers receive the karma they deserve.

Full blown Scam, do not go with this company – Scam, avoid at all costs. Paid $540 and it was barely done. They were hours and hours late. Made me pay prior to starting. Scam of a company! – Cleaners showed up two hours late and and during those two hours, no one from their company was reachable. When they arrived they began borderline hassling me to pay for all these additional services I didn't want and that weren't included on my confirmation in the first place. to do everything. They missed so many things on their checklist, it was almost laughable: oven, dishwasher, floors, and the bedroom wardrobe hadn't even been TOUCHED.

We only had three days turnaround from handing in our keys to the new tenants moving in. I had to go back and reclean the entire apartment myself. I asked for a partial refund for the things that hadn't been cleaned properly, and was only offered a re clean (which I can't accept because I no longer have access to the apartment and the new tenants have since moved in).

I wish I did some more research on this company (I will admit to that), because even finding this review page was difficult. I've submitted a claim to fair trading and urge others who have had the same experience to do so. Waste of time and money and horrible customer service.

Shocking scam of a company – This company is a complete scam they quoted a price then inflated it after coming to property they were late and ended up leaving because they demanded payment before job was started. Please don't use this company it's a fraud

worst bond cleaners EVER – Extremely hard to understand on the phone, provide cheap quotes and you get cheap lack of service. went straight there and nobody was there so the left. They never went back to get keys and then wanted to charge an extra fee to go and do the job. Stating it was our fault for not being there even though they were instructed 1 week in advance to collect the keys. When asked for a refund we were told they would be taking $180 off the payment for fuel charges and cancellation. no money was refunded, no work done. The cleaners can't speak English and just ignore requests. We now have to pay someone else and extra rent because these guys are TOTALLY USELESS. DO NOT USE .... We will be taking them to court.

Scam - DO NOT USE – This "company" is a downright scam. They ask for full payment upfront (which should not happen with bond cleans). No legitimate ABN. Suspicious quote from an illegitimate email - poor spelling and grammar, unprofessional.

Scammers – Gave me a quote for my 2 bed 2 bath unit for a full bond clean that was reasonably priced. On the day of the clean they went to the wrong building; finally arrived at my place and within minutes of me leaving texted demanding another $250 because there were more windows than they expected. Like other reviews, they have you as you need the clean done. They were rude too! Would recommend to avoid using this service, trusted they are not!

Scammers - Do not recommend – Turned up late then said they couldn't clean it, that they needed two cleaners. Someone else came back the next day. Said he had worked for 10 hours, but the windows, skirtings and bathrooms hadn't been done. Was dusty everywhere. Agent said it needed to be done again and the cleaners rebooked for third time. Are 50 minutes late. Still waiting for them to come and clean, 4 days after original booking.

Worst experience of my life – Paid for a full bond clean of my 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit. I don't know what they did for 3.5 hours but it certainly wasn't cleaning. understand why it took four full-grown men four full hours to clean a tiny 100m2 unfurnished apartment. We also found cigarette buds left in the toilet. We didn't have any chance to inspect their work as they left without informing us before hand. We ended up having to redo most of the cleaning ourselves so we can get our bons back. Please never use these guys unless you want to ruin your chance of getting your bonds back.

Liars and a fake provider – This is a fake provider... They have charged us for an end of lease cleaning and never showed up... Did not pick up the phone... These people must not be allowed working in Australia... We are super angry and frustrated

THEFT – These phoney foreign liars demanded money upfront of $370 to clean a small 2 room unit and never rocked up after taking our money and assured that the job was done, our landlord ended up paying for another company to do the job (or at least done correctly?
