not answer my emails or phonecalls, blocked my emails. Fortunately, Paypal refunded my money. It is very sad that this company that made such a good product is no longer trading.

Might be a scam – I ordered from this company in the past and received great service and products. Unfortunately, when I order recently the company took payment without providing shipping information or the products I ordered. They did not respond to my emails either. Luckily PayPal refunded my money.

Can confirm other reviews of Tuffy's – The website is still up. They're still taking money. They have not responded to my enquiries about the order I put in a week ago. These people are doing serious damage to small producers. Who can you trust to give your money to? I guess this shows the value of a review website like this one. No product no refund no response – Ordered paid still weeks later didn’t receive the order. Lisa Nouh the owner isn’t responding to requests for a refund. Wish I’d seen these other reviews. No Order Received. No Refund Processed – We put an order through at the end of 2022 and did not receive it. We contacted the company numerous times and did not receive a response. We then contacted Fair Trading and was then promised a refund by Tuffy's CEO Lisa Nouh via email a few months ago and still no response and no refund. We will be taking further steps to ensure we and hopefully others receive their money back.

Paypal to get my money back. I notice they're not coming up on Google Maps anymore, even though the website is still running. I hope Tuffys & Tuffetts makes a comeback, because it's an awesome product - but until they get themselves together, I can't recommend them.

week later I received my undies. Placing the order and paying was easy, getting a response and the goods I paid for was a bad experience. Will not shop with them again.

No order received, no correspondence – I ordered from this website a few years ago and absolutely loved the underwear. Thought I’d get some more, but nothing received, no replies to emails. Luckily I paid with PayPal so got my money refunded. Shame! Love to support Aussie companies, but clearly they don’t do anything for their customers.

Government needs to step in and shut down their website – People are ordering online, giving their money and getting no product. They are stealing people’s money. Very bad company, stay away. number - disconnected. Instigated recovery proceedings through bank, lodged complaint with NSW Fair Trading. Know its likely an exercise in futility but suspect they were trading while insolvent, which is illegal. Tragic if they have gone broke but at least stop your website taking orders - to my mind that tips it over from negligence and poor business practices to fraud.

Money gone, no undies! – Ordered from this company and the only correspondence from them was to say that they couldn't find my order. Asked them to look at their bank statement which would show my money deposited into their account. No reply. Do not order from them!!!

Beyond disappointing! – Yep, put an order in, 3 months later I still have no order, no idea if I'll receive my order, no idea of whether I will receive product or a refund all of which has been requested... really? Why would I ever buy from your company again when you pay good money and get nothing!!

If I could rate them lower I would – I placed my order several months ago. Atrocious Customer Service – I wanted to support an Australian business so ordered something online. No idea whether the product was any good because I didn’t receive it but was eventually offered a refund, which was processed promptly. Just an update the contacted me eventually a week later oh well, they said to send the smaller sized undies back and they would replace the with the correct size and they did :) Crazy me ordered from the again haha this time they can't find the new order number 361 and I spent over $108 and purchased it on the 14th December. They make to hard to support AUSTRALIAN MADE – I would like to say that I will order Tuffys again and I like the underwear don't get me wrong but the customer service is dearly lacking. They just can't get orders right and shipping is slow as.... The website has improved but the customer service makes it really hard to support Aussie made clothing. Many computer users who are not computer experts do not know that the virus is active in the computer. The other one infecting this companies web site is JS:CardStealer-J [Trj] this virus is a trojan JavaScript within an HTML file . The HTML attachment is used for phishing purposes and contains a form for entering credit card information with a submit button that sends the collected data to a specific server. I tried informing this company of the breach in their system compromising potential customers ID and credit card details but I cannot. I cannot because my Virus Protection software will allow no connection between me and Tuffys & Tuffetts website, I cannot find an Email address or phone number to alert them to their internet security problem. Very dodgy ! – First off I placed my order for 'Tuffys Crew Neck Muscle Tops In Black X 3 Pack' and received no order confirmation on their web site or via email, alarm bells rang then as every single online order I have placed before, and I shop online a lot, always give you and order confirmation instantly with an order number. asking why but no reply, I wanted to call them but no phone number is listed anywhere on their web site, not even in a phone book listing. I was so worried I actually called my bank to cancel the Credit Card transaction but they couldn't do it without the co-operation of the company I placed the order with, I told them that Tuffy and Tuffetts have no phone number contact and they won't answer my email query, so my bank then said wait and hope the order goes through otherwise the money was gone. Two days later I get an email reply from Tuffy and Tuffetts saying my order had been dispatched and it actually did arrive another two days after that, with no signature required which is very unprofessional in my opinion. I opened the goods and they seemed of very poor quality with no labels attached. I gave them a basic rinse cycle in the washing machine, cold water no detergent, and wham they instantly shrunk at least one whole size. I can't return them as I was given no sales docket at all when ordered or with the goods when they arrived so I will just give them to our next charity clothes drop, which we do this time each year. Very poor and unprofessional company, please avoid !!

Awesome Aussie undies. Slow customer service – Tuffys Undervis are my favourite undies by far, and they are Aussie made! But Tuffys customer service is slow and website needs updating to ensure they can supply what they advertise. Following an issue due to lack of stock, I was unable to get a reply by email, only by PM via Fbook page. I would give 5 stars for the super comfy undies & Aussie made, but only 2.5 stars for customer service.

Great Undies – I have ordered from Tuffys and Tuffetts on four occasions - always quick delivery and great undies. Now I don't look anywhere else. They seem to last longer than Bonds, and are more comfortable too. It's worth waiting for one of their regular sales (usually around 40% off).

Terrible Customer Service – I purchased leggings and a bra from Tuffys. They sent me the wrong style of leggings and the bra was not my size (which is not their fault). When I asked for the right leggings they said they were sold out, and then didnt supply a reply-paid envelope for me to return the items. for them to state the bra has a makeup mark on it which means they wouldn't refund it. I don't even wear makeup, and I took it out of the parcel for all of 2min! They also stated the bra should be in its original packaging, which I don't see as a reason to not refund it, given Australian consumer law.

Multiple mistakes on their part and many emails later, all I'm left with is strong dissatisfaction.

Aussie Made Undies ... and Comfy too!! – Have been staunch Aussie-Made supporters for many, many years now. old Bonds undies factory was bought out by this group that I believe mainly compromised the workers that Pacific Brands sacked once they had grabbed their gov't handouts then shut their factory.

Anyway, they started out selling just basic men's (Tuffys) and ladies (Tuffettes) underwear. We have been supporting them for some years now after stumbling on them by accident.

Fabric mostly cotton or cotton lycra blends ... and VERY comfortable.

Their Achilles heel seems to be elastic which isn't as durable as it should be ... but to be fair, we haven't struck decent elastic for many years now, no matter the supplier.

On the subject of elastic though, it must be said that it is usually wide and super comfortable ... in fact comfort seems to be a major focus of this brand, and we would rate them simply 100% in this area!!

Wife and I have both had pairs of briefs that we've been wearing for over two years apiece, and the elastic is usually the first to become a little slack after a year or so - predominantly about the legs. The fabric itself is more durable and the colours seem very stable and fast.

The company is evolving brilliantly - their range has simply exploded in the past 18 months or so to include bras and crop tops, an amazing range of men's undies that now include yankee style trunks, and dazzling "tradies" hi viz models - which, true to form, are super comfortable.

More recently an entire children's range has been added. Our 12 Y/O girl is hooked to their super-comfy croptops, and our two young boys love racing through the house sporting nothing other than their bright and happy undies!!

A noted failing in lesser underwear is the tendency of the labelling details to fade completely. Not normally a problem in a one member household ... but when you have two boys who are just one size apart, it makes life very difficult when doing the folding. The mob at Tuffys have solved this with a super durable label, which has never faded in any pair of underwear we have owned from them.

Ahhhhhh .... the little things!!

Tuffy's send their stuff using either standard post - which always seems to be free of charge; or express post - for which one obviously pays a little extra. We have found that their ordering process is a breeze, and they always answer e'mails if necessary. Sales are fairly frequent, and one can join their loyalty club too. Pricing is reasonable, and very good at sale time.

Our only complaint would be the elastic as noted above (but as we said it seems to be impossible to source durable stuff ANYWHERE anymore), and the annoying "bling" that Tuffys send with their stuff. Little silver interlock chains that attach the labels, over zealous packaging, etc. Being "friends of the earth" we have made several requests to them to drop all of this nonsense - all we wanted were the products. These requests have always been acknowledged ... but obviously ignored by the marketing folks.

The only areas that stopped a perfect score from us!
