Do not use this firm if you are dealing with estate and there is any risk of complications. Result might be getting sued as the executor because they takes months to respond and when you do respond straight away, takes ages to respond to your immediate response. Only thing they are good at is sending another bill. A simple letter can take 3 months to draft. It’s over 2 years and still waiting.

I would not recommend this firm. I was advised in writing that my IRO funding had been cancelled and, on that basis, the firm ceased acting for me. After contacting the Independent Review Office directly, I was told my funding had not been cancelled. Being removed as a client on the basis of incorrect information left me with serious concerns about honesty, transparency, and the firm’s willingness to handle complex cases.

Negative -5 Waited 5 months for a reply spent 5000 dollars and all i got was long email I do not recommend them at all if the people i was talking to could not help they should have reffered me to another. Don not waste your money and time

that moment all went downhill, she was not responding my emails for months, missing files and important information I provided and showing all signs she is too busy to deal with small cases like mine. I called and complained at least 3 times however no supervisors or other lawyers got ever involved to fix this. It is extremely difficult to communicate with a lawyer who ignores part of what you saying. I will not recommend Turner Freeman and Jeanne Huang as a lawyer to work on your case.

Asked for their help, with a dual physical and psychological claim, with already an favorable IME and factual investigation statements , everything there conveniently, but told they won't take my case, with no reason, I have a feeling they are not equipped to take high value complex psychological cases.

degenerative and only give me a limited time span to be involved in prepping the claim - I have finally made a formal complaint after no response from the Sydney partners. I can't even put into words.... to be ignored by the only advocate you have (PAID IN ADVANCE I might add) is about as soul destroying as it gets. I don't know how my solicitor sleeps at night but I'll bet it is in an expensive bed.

made myself available for the first date. I received no correspondence from the firm and was therefore confident of my appointment for the next day. Day 2, I waited for a call at the scheduled time. I received no call. I phoned the firm 30 mins after, and was informed the firm was not able to take my case on my specifics. I asked to provide feedback, and stated it would have been appropriate particularly to due my disabilities to have been informed of its decision prior my appointment. The staff member with whom I corresponded throughout was abrupt, rude, and dismissive of my feedback. She then stated, she tried to call me the day prior, but I was unavailable for my appointment. I stated the firm's mix up with dates. She then stated, if I had taken my call on the non-sceduled date, she would have informed me, and , 'check your 'missed calls'. She then ended the call. Checked my missed calls, there were none. Also, as mentioned I was available for her call. Very dishonest response. I will not be making further inquiries regarding other matters I had intended to discuss, nor by this experience would I trust staff's professionalism, client service, or honesty by this experience. My advice to Freeman and Turner: a first client experience even an initial inquiry speaks volumes regrading your service.

waste of time and appeared to make them more angry. I will never recommend this firm for anything based on this experience. Escalating the concerns above the lawyer resulted in further turmoil despite my request for privacy. I was also belittled as punishment for complaining which further showed this law firm do not give a crap about their customers.
