Not only do they have a good rapport with multiple builders, but Turnkey Building Group also include their free own upgrades into my contract for things I would never be able to negotiate for on my own. We often felt overwhelmed by all the paper work and the “last chance offers” other companies were throwing at us, and the many calls we received trying to force a partnership. Our broker at the time, suggested we try to partner with Turnkey Homes, and we were so incredibly grateful we did! From the very first welcome, we connected with Justin, Jordan and the team who were such genuine people. They listened to our ideas, had a laugh with us and at no point did we feel like they were trying to push an idea or sell anything to us, it was just open conversation and an honest journey of them sending us different ideas and packages around what we had asked for. Once we had landed on the area and design we loved, the team worked incredibly hard to partner with the builder to ensure our home would have full inclusions and would be completed at an amazing price in a timely manner. Not only did we receive all of our requests, but we had a few amazing inclusives added in as well! We can say that during the whole build Justin and the team were always just a phone call away, when we had any questions or ideas, they were right there to make sure we felt heard and cared for (and we called a lot!). By the end of the build, they became more like family, they were excited with us and checked in to ask how we were going, they were the dream team! From start to finish our build only took a few months to be completed, and at such a high standard! We are so in love with our amazing new home and love the new area we are now a part of. On our day of handover, they came right over to wish us well and gifted us the most beautiful welcome home package to top it all off.
