My Favourite Baby Shop – Have ordered many times over the years and always been extremely happy with the quality and service. Will continue to support whilst all my friends are still having babies!

Didn’t send the product and no refund – I placed an order for some baby frames $150. After 1 month of no contact I sent an email to ask for an update only to be told they are out of stock and are on back order. I asked for a refund and after another month I am still waiting. No feedback from the company and I have to continue to chase them. I have raised a case with PayPal to get my money back.

Horrible customer service – Placed a preorder 16 April 23 which was meant to arrive end of June. Pre order kept getting pushed back. Contacted business and asked for a review which they agreed to. They cancelled my order and the refund sat pending in PayPal for a number of days and then was cancelled. Contacted the business again (Numerous times) in regards to refund and have had no response.

Poor customer service – Placed an order on 24th july and haven't received my items. I haven't received an email or anything from them to follow up on delivery. I've emailed and Facebook messaged the owner twice asking when my items would be sent as i spent over $100 on 2 items and haven't received any email or message back in regards to either a refund or having my items… Read more

sent to me. From what I can see from the other reviews, there are plenty of others who have the same issue. Absolutely not good enough!... in my opinion they are scammers! Don't waste your time buying anything from them.

Exceeded expectations – We received our package this week from Tutu Boutique and what a lovely surprise it was. The quality of the clothing and blanket, as well as the packaging was perfect. Communication with Kerry was timely, friendly and informative. Overall, the purchase exceeded our expectations.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced – 30 April original order place for an item that was listed on website but not in stock. Paid by PayPal. Received an email same day telling me item was out of stock. I asked for a refund. I received no reply by email so contacted shop by Messenger on 5 May and asked for a refund again. checked my PayPal account. There was a “pending refund” for the amount of the purchase less express postage for which i had paid. I contacted shop owner via messenger again on the 10 May to query the partial refund. All apologies were given and I was told that she would action this further refund immediately. On 12 May I checked PayPal account again to find that the original refund had failed and the “postage”‘refund was pending. Contacted shop owner again to explain what was happening. On the 13 May second “postage” refund had failed as well. “Refund Pending” means the seller has issued the refund but the money hasn’t cleared their bank. Contacted shop owner to notify her of this and thought it may be easier for me to accept a store credit. Asked for a store credit which was immediately sent to my email address. 17 May I placed another order. As I hadn’t received a delivery notification by the 23 May I messaged owner asking if my order had been posted. Replied with “bodysuit was a pre-order” item. I hadn’t noticed this at the time but since checking website, it is listed as arriving “end of May”. Was told it should arrive by the end of that week 26/5. 19/6 and it still hadn’t arrived so I messaged shop owner again saying I had been very patient and is my order ready yet. I also explained that my granddaughter is hardly a newborn and I doubt the nb suit will fit her now. She replied that the suits are still out of stock, offered me a much larger size (by the time it fits my granddaughter it will be unsuitable for the climate) Needless to say I’ve chosen another item and am waiting for it to arrive. I will never purchase from this store again. If you want an item in a timely manner, it’s likely to be out of stock, and you will wait days for a reply to emails or messages, and as for a refund, don’t bother asking.

they can definitely get me the dress by January. I saw the exact dress I needed available on another website but because I didnt hear back from Tutu Irresistable, I didn't order in case I end up with two of the same dress, but after I sent a follow up on the paypal case i raised, they reply telling me, they won't have the dress available and the other site is now also sold out. I regret not reading these reviews before placing my order through. They shouls really make sure their stock number is accurate on their website so they don't over sell.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! – Ordered Connetix from them during one of their many 20% off sales. Weeks went by without response and I followed them up several times, each time with many different excuses as to why my order was delayed. After over 3 months of chasing them up, I realised my order was never coming and requested a refund. That process was unfortunately not the end… Read more

of it. I had to follow up several times and both times they supposedly processed a refund the payment bounced. In the end, thank goodness I paid with PayPal so I lodged a dispute and got my money back that way. Apparently Connetix can only be discounted up to 15%, so I suspect this was a stuff up by Tutu Irresponsible and so they never wanted to fulfil my order. When asking for a refund they even had the audacity to offer me other products from their store. Ultimately, read the reviews and make your own judgement. They are overwhelming negative for a reason. Don’t shop here unless you want to be disappointed.

Terrible customer service – Awful and terrible customer service, bought a dress then realised I chose wrong size, email within 10 mins after I bought asking to cancel the order, but she said all sales are final, and issued credit with gift card, then I tried to find something to buy even thought nothing interested, trying to use the gift card which got credit and it didn’t work, emailed Kerry and took ages for reply. Never wanting to buy here again, feeling like scammer.

Awful customer service pathetic – My daughter in law purchased twin outfits of which the sizing was completely wrong. Patiently and respectfully returned item requesting a refund and then...owner claims clothes were rumpled duh came via auspost and not in original packaging again duh who keeps wrapping. NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS SITE

Christmas. I then received an email from Kerry saying that one of the items, an icecream cart was out of stock and to choose something else or wait til the end of Jan. I chose to wait. A few minutes later I received an email that another item I ordered was out of stock, this time it was a charm bracelet. So I chose a different charm bracelet. Then she advised me that that one was out of stock as well. So yet again I chose another one, this one was out of stock too, so she said she would send me one very similar. I again agreed. The last straw was when she sent me another email saying yet again another item I ordered is out of stock, this time it was the magic highlighters. She emailed me saying that she has given me some crayons, pens and nail polish instead and hopes this is ok. By this time I had lost my patience! I was furious. I said no it's not ok and that this whole experience has been awful and very unprofessional! She should be keeping an eye on her out of stock items and updating her website more often, she should have also emailed me only once about the out of stock items, not message me every few minutes with yet another disappointingly out of stock item. And how dare she decide what to change my items to without my consent, my daughter dosent need anymore crayons or nail polish! From the start she should have refunded my money. Very unhappy and would never recommend anyone to shop here.

Received no communication about my order being dispatched or any communication regarding any potential issues with my order until 3 weeks later when I, myself followed up what was happening. The rest of my order was then express posted to me which was received 1 day before it was required for, and 2 of the shorts were completely different colours to what I had originally ordered with once again absolutely no notification these changes would be happening with my order. Had I not followed up my order in the first place I'd probably still be waiting for it, while all the items I'd ordered would probably be no longer available by the time they would've decided to finally communicate/send something out to me. Hard to support local/ Australian businesses when the service is disappointing.

Have received half my order but still waiting on more products and my refund from an item no longer available. So disappointing!!! I would definitely have ordered my dummies, etc elsewhere if I knew they were going to take this long.

Sadly overpriced for products sold elsewhere – I bought a product today for the first time with this company and within a very short period (30 minutes) I found it cheaper in two other stores with a $40 difference which is no small amount. I spoke to the company who apologised but said they do not offer refunds for any reasons and they are a small family business which is why the charge more.… Read more

Amazing product and even more amazing service – I had purchased a couple of floral headbands for my daughter kind of last minute for a small ceremony and was hoping to receive it in time but Kerry went out of her way and express posted it for me to receive them well in time for the ceremony. So impressed with the customer service. Definitely recommend and definitely would come back for more shopping.

Absolutely stunning Dreamy Canopy – I purchased the Dreamy Canopy in light pink and it's absolutely stunning. Well worth the money. It is such a centrepiece in my daughters room. I found TuTu Irresistible easy to deal with, even though I changed my mind with the colour after placing the order. They were friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend.

Sheer Canopy - Cloud – Canopy took 3 months to arrive rather than the 6-8 weeks advised. The canopy has many holes along the seam lines and any slight movement causes the seams to split even further. Very disappointing considering the length of time it took to arrive and the cost being much higher than many of the same product available much cheaper.

panicked email stressing that my darlings items wouldn't arrive in time. I heard back from Kerry within a couple of hours who so kindly offered to go out of her way that day and get my parcel in the post and even sent it express to ensure our little rainbow baby has presents Christmas morning that are just as beautiful as she is. A million times over would I highly recommend. I will definitely be a repeat customer!! 10/10.

Slow and poor packaging – Pre ordered in September for November delivery. Did not receive until today. Received doll in plastic bag, not even a box. Considering its a $70 doll and most of these would be gifts, a box is expected. The doll smells from being in the bag. I had to send regular emails as I had no clue if this woukd arrive before Christmas.
