Rude, arrogant and no customer service skills – I asked a simple question about a remote to see if it would work the same as our current one and received an abusive email back because I mentioned that we had been burnt by another supplier. Do NOT use this company if you want advice on their products. They need to do some customer service courses.

Remote didn’t work – Purchased replacement Panasonic DVD recorder remote. Received 18 days later. Didn’t work and after dealing with Terry by email over several days to try and get working it was confirmed as faulty. remote replacement did not work – I received the remote in good time but it did not work. I emailed Terry at Ozremote and he took all the details of my TV and my old remote. He said he would talk to his technical staff but I did not hear from him for some time. I did request a refund. I could not return the item as I found there was no Australian address. Top Service – Last week I ordered a couple of Panasonic replacement remote controls on Saturday night, they were shipped Monday and I received them on Wednesday arvo at work. Branded TV suppliers declined to provide spare remote-online is the best way – Most of the Famous brands of TV suppliers - does not provide replacement Remote Control as Spare Parts, however the Remote Control is the Repeatedly used item that get deteriorated with age. other retailers I have found most of them sell some kind of universal Remote (All made in China) at a cost of $60.00 to $64.00.

Finding no other alternatives I searched online and found similar Replacement TV/DVD remote controls made in China are available from $10 to $35, some of them with free delivery , after much thinking I went for Amazon and brought 3 different remote for about $50, much less than one from a shopfront retailer's would have costs me more than $50.

They arrived within 3-4 days and I have used them and seems that they are doing the job.

BAUHN (ALDI) TV Remote – My BAUHN TV remote was faulty and I could not clone it with a programmable remote that works for all other TV brands in the house. I searched online for a BAUHN remote. That's it. Nothing else.

Set up is dead easy because it 'learns' from the original remote and programming it took me less than a minute thanks to the free video.

I got mine through eBay - goco4101 and it cost $30 including freight.

Mum loves it and it's been weeks now since I've had to a spend a whole morning re-programming her TV because she's hit a wrong button then fiddled with all the other buttons trying to sort it out.

I'd happily have paid much more purely for the peace it has given me.

Panasonic Blu Ray Disc recorder – Very prompt service at an excellent price. Installed batteries and remote worked perfectly, like for like replacement. Received a very timely email paper trail of the state of my order right up to arrival at the PO.

Do NOT use Power Aussie – Purchased a replacement remote for Sony Bravia TV. Remote did nothing. Online said replacement for all Sony Bravia TV's. My model was listed on their site. NOT happy with service.

Remote for LG Smart OLED curved screen 55inch TV – Our remote control failed in the warranty time and we contacted our local supplier Harvey Norman.
