DO NOT take your car here for anything. . They brake stuff on purpose and make you pay for it.
The manager was very rude. And would not exempt that the mechanic broke my hand break lever and want me to pay to fix it to pass rego. I feel scamed
Spoke to Shane ,who booked me in first thing in the morning with a nail in one of my tyres in a brand new car, tyre fixed in no time and put air also in the other tyres and cleaned them .
Affordable and great customer service .thanx guys.will definitely being my car here again fo any issues.

Unprofessional and Rude
Manager very rude and unprofessional tried to triple charge me for a item and when I refused to pay they where holding my wheels as ransom
Tyres not at branch
Tyres not at branch when I had drove over 200km to get them fitted even after getting a email day before confirming appointment. The guy at the branch said this is a common occurrence as it isn’t the branch that organised the tyres they only fit them. He said you are dealing with inexperienced people that sit over eastern states. Same that WA always gets treated like Want Awhile for anything to happen.
Advertised special not available in W.A.
Website had advertised special on Toyo tyres. When I contacted 2 stores in W.A. they advised no stock was available in W.A.and didn't know when or if more were coming.

I contacted Tyreright to price match and they did all the other tyre companies advertisers that they price match they don’t !! none were willing to match .jake was fantastic , fantastic service will buy from tyreright again ! Tyreright Windsor NSW - Great service
Hi all, I went into Tyreright Windsor NSW aiming to replace 2 tyres - tyres were 3 years old. My tyres are low profile and quite rare, so they ordered them in to do the job. After putting the car on the hoist, they told me the tyres were good and did not need replacement. This meant the ordered tyres were unneeded and they would be out of pocket. As a woman, I feel like I am sometimes disadvantaged when it comes to cars, mechanics etc. In this case, I could not recommend them more. So lovely to be treated this way. Thank you!
I had 6 new tyres sourced by Tyrerite and fitted to our motorhome. The guy was helpful and did the job quickly. I was happy with the price. Next day one of the rear tyres was flat. I took it back and was told the valve was faulty. It was replaced and I was told all valves were new. Two weeks later a front tyre started to go flat. The valve was leaking as it was loose. I rang Tyrerite and they say they have had no other issues with their valves. They cannot explain the loose valve and are sure it was tightened properly on fitting. No explanation. No offer of compensation for all the extra kms travelled to get both valves sorted.
Not upfront before taking your money
Select tyres select store select day and time for fitting pay money Hear nothing about order, so ring store day before appointment only to be told that tyres not In stock and will be a week away. Not good business practice should be upfront before taking your payment.
No service paid for tyres and still no tyres over two months
Help the owner of the stop has belittled me every time l go in there, said said that the tyres are on there way, 29/10/19 l fully paid for the tyres, he lies every time l go in there, last week l asked for my money to be paid into my account, nothing, l am a single mother doing it hard, but l am treated like dirt by one of your shops, why l rang head office got brushed off twice, why because I'm a female,. Please refund my money, please help, please do something,
Awesome advice, friendly staff and outstanding knowledge actually saved me money as I wanted 4 tyres but only required 2 as the rear ones were only 2mm worn from new,andy's wheel alignment knowledge is unsurpassed id had my hilux aligned at several other local places and none could stop it pulling or get steering wheel straight!!!.Honestly can't recommend more highly have not had this kind of service for 20 years

It seems apparent to me that Tyreright @ St.Leonards policy is to never admit there's a problem with their tyres, and will do everything to avoid this, resulting in not taking care of a customer's real problem, and in my case, permanently losing repeat business as I used to make all my tyre purchases there.
Things I experienced were, indirectly accusing me of lying, also possibly thinking I was trying to scam a free set of tyres 'cus it was 10,000Ks before I went to them with the problem, but I don't drive everyday and it took that long till ...I experienced wet weather roads, and the bloke I talked to was so arrogant-delusional as to claim he knew more about how and where I drive my car than I do. Everything I said and suggested in order to establish the problem and ways to resolve it was met with an expressionless face and a dismissive attitude that conveyed the customer is 100% wrong and lying and there's nothing wrong with their tyres, and if there is anything wrong with them, it's all the driver's doing. Toyo Australia, after a few emails and phone calls also has this policy of never admitting there's a problem with their tyres. And the head of the Technical Department had a similar arrogant dismissive attitude as the Tyreright sales-rep, for the Toyo guy also was delusional in claiming to know how and where I drove my car, and of course means he was indirectly accusing me of lying. And Toyo Japan, forget about it, they never even bothered to respond to my email.
