boots were perfect but one of the slippers is faulty. The right slipper innersole started sliding up within minutes of wearing them. Disappointed, unable to wear them, put them aside and emailed them. Wore them twice for 5 mins and 10 mins with the socks I also purchased from them. That was it! $68.00 slippers I can’t wear. They replied back after requiring a list of 8 photo angles, and a photo of the tags too, which I provided, that I hadn’t sent a pic of the inner sole - which I had, but they were just mucking me about, and so their final reply was that I either ordered the wrong size or sweat ruined the inner sole! My boots are the same style as the slipper size and no issues. And the left slipper is ok. They’ve bailed out by telling me I need to GLUE the inner sole, wiping their hands from their responsibility selling me a dodgy product. I am also concerned they have sold me an inner sole that was secondhand as it looks curved up, though the wool looks new. Just don’t trust this company, as they are selling faulty Ugg boots and then blame the customer.

Incredibly Uncomfortable – I purchased a pair of UGGs recently and I was so disappointed. They are unbelievably uncomfortable mainly because of a giant sea and lump on heel of the shoe which rubs and gives me a blister. this day and age for a pair of slippers which are to be comfortable. Never again will I buy UGGs. Waste of money.

A fur coat for feet! Wouldn’t attempt another winter without them – I got the tan colour and I’ve been impressed with the look, fit and feel. I would highly rate the quality and warmth of these slippers, and I like the fact they have a hard shoe-like sole so you can keep them on to go outside to the garden / BBQ. when she said she didnt live in Australia they said they dont wish to hear from her anymore and wont be responding to her messages. I then messaged them myself to try solve the problem to which they replied the same thing to me that they wont be replying to my messages. Ive messaged another 5 times for them to just open and not reply to us. we are highly disappointed in the lack of customer care and how unprofessional the staff and manager there were to us. She spent a lot of money on a pair of slippers as they were suppose to be "high quality". Wouldnt waste your money purchasing anything from this company. Worst ugg boots ever. Don't waste your money – I thought I'd try buying quality Australian made ugg boots. I spent almost $200 and they lasted less than 3 months. Worst ugg boots ever. Their 3 month warranty apparently is pointless. Don't waste your money.
