store today, however they did not stock it instore. The staff member was most unhelpful when I showed her the item on the Ugg website and asked if she could look it up and advise where I could buy it. Replied with I don’t know. When I went to purchase online, they don’t accept in store issued gift cards online. So I decided to contact their customer service. After going backwards and forward with customer service, and receiving very patronising unhelpful responses (the service was appalling.) They advised they could not honour the gift card online. When I suggested whether they could get the item shipped to the store, as I was still wanting to get the shoes, they offered no help. Said I’d have to go back to the store which was my original issue with the lack of help there. Absolutely terrible company, just interested in taking your money!!

boots were perfect but one of the slippers is faulty. The right slipper innersole started sliding up within minutes of wearing them. Disappointed, unable to wear them, put them aside and emailed them. Wore them twice for 5 mins and 10 mins with the socks I also purchased from them. That was it! $68.00 slippers I can’t wear. They replied back after requiring a list of 8 photo angles, and a photo of the tags too, which I provided, that I hadn’t sent a pic of the inner sole - which I had, but they were just mucking me about, and so their final reply was that I either ordered the wrong size or sweat ruined the inner sole! My boots are the same style as the slipper size and no issues. And the left slipper is ok. They’ve bailed out by telling me I need to GLUE the inner sole, wiping their hands from their responsibility selling me a dodgy product. I am also concerned they have sold me an inner sole that was secondhand as it looks curved up, though the wool looks new. Just don’t trust this company, as they are selling faulty Ugg boots and then blame the customer.

on they were very uncomfortable. By this time I was in a panic. I emailed customer service and explained the situation. A lady named Lina called me early the next morning and asked me to try them and explain the problem on the phone to her. I did that and she recommended another Ugg style that was not a platform, that would be more suitable and sent them to me that day. I received my new Uggs today, just two days before I leave. I only purchase my Uggs from them because they are based in Melbourne, Australia and these Uggs are 100% Australian Made and extremely good quality. They deserve a good review for their efforts in getting these Ugg boots delivered to me in time and for their excellent customer service and workmanship.

The fit is amazing, and I absolutely love the color. The warmth of the sheepskin wrapping around my feet feels just like the comforting embrace of my late grandmother when I was a child. My UGG boots that brightened my childhood—I bought these thinking they’d take care of me through my adult life too. They’re simply wonderful. I love you, UGG boots. Terrible customer service, the lady from the call centre was rude and she lied said that I would have been called back by a supervisor but this never happened. They sent me two pairs of boots wrong size and wanted me to pay for returning them and also for restocking. Will never buy again from them!!

I bought a pair of size 13 uggaustralia scuff Ian. I missed the small print "US" description at the top of the size section. The size was a box saying 13 which I assumed it was an Australian size not a US size I thought this was UGG Australia not US. They don't fit and are narrow anyway, sole is flimsy and the sheepskin light weight. Unfortunately my hush puppies loch are no longer available, they were great.

August with photos, proof of purchase, and details of the fault provided to the manufacturer. Almost two weeks later, I still have no refund and have only been offered a repair, despite the Australian Consumer Law stating that for a major fault, I have the right to choose my remedy.

This should have been resolved quickly and without fuss, yet it’s clear they are trying to avoid refunding the money for a faulty product. Instead, I’ve been met with repeated requests for information they already have and unnecessary delays - an extremely disappointing experience for such an expensive item.

I have a pair of Ugg Australia classic Ugg boots the high top ones. The soles almost immediately have peeled away from the actual boots. day for only 8 weeks of the year I’m surprised they can’t stand up to leisurely walks around the house to get a cup of tea.

Would recommend any other sheepskin boot that you can find. (Also the wool on the interior of the boots is incredibly compacted from very little use and is obviously poor quality.

Avoid these expensive low quality boots at all costs.

I pointed out I didn't want to return them, simply exchange a brand new pair in box with all the packaging and receipt for a different size (that they had in stock), but was still told no. So I sent an email to Ugg Australia, assuming that is who I bought them from, and the reason for this review of Ugg Australia. I was informed that The Ugg Store is a third party. Yep, a store that only sells Ugg brand items is not an Ugg Australia store. So Ugg Australia washed their hands of me and functionally told me to go away and sort it out with The Ugg Store. I feel this is very deceitful. I feel this is a way for a company to leverage off it's product name, but take no responsibility for their product or service. I'm so disappointed as I really believed Ugg was an honest Aussie company who respected their customers. Nope! I will never, ever, be buying Ugg branded products again. :(

Just like all the other recent reviews by people who have dealt with this company, I would rate zero stars if I could. Ordered a black pair of uggs, they sent brown, and time it took for even a response from customer service was beyond ridiculous. DO NOT BUY from their online store, save yourself the hassle because the people packing the products and answering customer inquiries are beyond incompetent, clearly.

Ordered hat for a bday present. Received the wrong size! The length of time it took to even get a response from UGG was weeks! Birthday had long passed by then. If I could give 0 stars for UGG's customer serviced I would.

Incredibly Uncomfortable – I purchased a pair of UGGs recently and I was so disappointed. A scam selling too small asian sized boots and won't refund – Boots way too small and worst customer service ever. Biggest size boot available is way too small and doesn't even fit a foot a size down. Won't allow me a refund, only offering me store credit which is useless as they don't stock standard sizing in the product I need. No phone number available to contact, all contact only online.
