immediately. We were booked in for a Saturday they turned up on time, respected my home and there workmanship is 100%. A month has passed since my solar system was installed; John was in the area and called past to check how my system was going. I replied “great” He noticed my panels were quote dirty due to the excavation works taken place at my home and jumped up on the roof to clean my panels. the inverter connected to my wifi inspite of lot of difficulties. Highly recommend. And on top of it, the summer bills were like 80% less, and winters bill is about 50% down.

were just trying to take my money, or were being honest. I remember it being overwhelming the amount of callbacks and harassment I received, especially from some of the bigger companies with "the best reputation" they said! When I spoke to Dan (I think his name was) I just felt at ease and he actually recommended a smaller system to suit my usage needs, rather than a bigger system the others were trying to slug me. He left me alone for 2 weeks while I was making my decision. I think he could see I had been through the ringer already. I emailed these guys back a thousand questions and they were patient, informative and to the point. We booked installation for 2 weeks after that and they even took their time after the install to download the app on my phone and showed me how I can track my energy production! I would highly recommend ultimate solar!
