hose attachment. They then told me to unscrew hose attachment to connect to hose. Still doesn’t work as it is a completely different!! More emails sent! Now they are completely ignoring me. Please avoid company at all costs! Luckily I purchased it in the sale for £19.99, not the full price.

It's absolutely rubbish does not work as a pressure washer – Buyer beware it does not work and their refund or return policy is rubbish. I responded within. 30days to get a refund and after 2wks of to and from emails now they say outside of the period. They just do what suits them. Nothing unbelievable about this hose connection except unbelievably bad and waste of money – Great initially for about four uses. I wish I had read all of these reviews before I had purchased. Leaks everywhere. Parts can’t be swapped out for better ones. Connections are cheap and plastic. I am not going to go down the path of trying to return as it sounds to hard. Scam claims of high pressure – It does not have the high pressure it advertised and the connections are flimsy and leak. So far they are refusing to refund me unless I pay freight to return item, rather they want to send a replacement of which I do not want.

emailed 3 times, detailing the issues and asking for full refund, as was stated in their advertising. Replies received were brief, generic and completely off the mark. There was no user error, just a very misrepresented piece of equipment, nothing remotely like promoted. I am hoping a refund can be effected through PayPal.
Cheaply made piece of junk that doesn’t work – This pressure washer is a complete waste of time purchasing. It broke on second use & the water pressure is exactly the same as using a normal garden hose. Customer service is also pathetic with no offer of return or refund!!! DONT BUY IT

Absolutely piece of junk from the worse seller imaginable, - DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT!!! – If I could I would give this product a minus rating and the same for the seller. the item the day after I received it to the 'return sender' address on the seller's address label, a refund has been refused, seller claims that the 'return sender' address on their address label is NOT their address (is that even legal???). I was told to return the item to some Chinese address (figures) which obviously was not possible since I had already mailed the item to the 'return address' indicated on their address label. Tracking info from AU Post confirms that the item was delivered to that address. Still, the seller refuses reimbursement. So, save your money, this is a garbage product, totally false advertising and a seller that nobody should buy from.

In truth….a zero rating. Absolute junk and a total rip off. Unbelievable is the perfect description for it – Tested this piece of junk the day it arrived. Leaked like a sieve and has no more water pressure than a kitchen tap. Immediately emailed for refund procedure and also posted on their FB post. The reviews on Facebook are all fake too. point of keeping it the water spurts everywhere - I even sent them a video. Then the address is china and all the rules that apply. I am going to send it on principle but so annoying. I do not recommend these they are just junk.

Absolute Crap. Terrible customer service – I fell for this on fb. It took over a month to arrive. It finally arrived. Does not work, leaks everywhere. Asked buyer for a refund. They said I had to send it back to China at my expense. Rang PayPal who I'd already started a dispute with re this item. They found in my favour and a refund was issued. Don't Waste Your Money – I purchased two, for AUD $103.98, what a mistake. It doesn't do anything like what is shown in their ad's. The video they show is pure fiction. What a rort. Total SCAM – The product is completely useless, when you ask for a refund they demand you send it back to London which is more than half the cost of the product. It was shipped to me from NSW I still have the original packaging. I lodged a complaint with PayPal and they still insist I have to return to London for a refund. SCAMMED – This product is rubbish. It leaks and doesn’t deliver any more pressure than my hose. They don’t honour their refund policy. I’m currently going through PayPal to resolve the issue. Do not buy this. It’s a scam.

SCAM - Do NOT buy from this company. Hose connector does not fit properly – Black plastic hose connector does not sit properly on the washer rod once tightened. When you turn the tap on, water goes everywhere except the front. I sent an email asking for a refund, but like the others on here, they will not give a refund because the item is now used, even though their website say "Try it 100% Risk Free". Absolute rubbish – Leaks and does not connect properly, comes undone. It does not do what it shows it does in ad. Does not remove mould off concrete. Returns policy says you have to pay your own postage. Returns pdf file attached to email has error you’ve got to go to website. What an absolute waste of money. You can’t return it if you’ve thrown away the crappy box they send you.

The item sent is NOT the one shown in the ad! – I emailed back on receipt of this product and was told couldn’t return it as had been used. Their ad states a Money back guarantee for whatever reason. How do you know it works if you don’t test it.? Reported this to the ACCC Show details
False Advertising, Poor Quality Nozzle – The advertising for this product clearly shows them using a very different product and one that is clearly a powered compressor washer, not some cheap hose clip on device. I am astonished and disappointed how poor quality this product is. The plastic screw in attachment does not fit properly and leakeed like a fountain. I had to purchase my own brass screw in attachment and seal wit with plumbing tape to make it seal properly.
