This was the weirdest worst service I’ve ever had , from the average review score I can only assume he is a garage door guy but also does regular doors Well I had Murray replace a door for me and it was the worst thing I’ve ever bought Wrong door, jacked up price quote and made a huge mess inside my house and argued in an attempt to bully me Do not use this man , find someone else A blind man would probably be an improvement

The service provider for works that have been scheduled did not show up, and Murray & Glen from Unhinged Door Solutions came to the rescue. They scheduled our requests at a short notice and get the works done efficiently & professionally.

Murray replaced the tape with a thicker quality “tape’ then serviced the 2 large Roller shutters. Murray also repaired the glass sliding door. Very happy with overall fees & services.

The whole process was so easy from beginning to end. Murray called, arranged a time, attended when he said he would, was organised, did a great job, able to pay by EFTPOS on completion and I got a 12-month warranty in the deal which I wasn't expecting. Have kept Murray's dets for future jobs. Couldn't be happier.

He scammed me – Murray is a scammer Do not use him. He took my door hinge without permission when only asked to adjust the door and won't return it. Now he's insisting I pay for his time to return it. He's a joke! If you use him he will scam you!

USE HIM. He will continually harass you for money even though he has not completed the work he says he will do. We are now taking legal action against him. He is a Scammer.

BEST TRADES EXPERIENCE IN YEARS! Unhinged Door Solutions Piara Waters – Murray gave me a max quote rapidy via Oneflare, txt & calls. Murray then spent TWO HOURS expertly fixing my very buggered glass door while politely dealing with my excited dogs. Labour + parts (my calcs) would have been MUCH more than max quote, but Murray was very gracious & honourable, sticking to his max quote. Murray was on task entirely, polite, & very tidy. Pushy – Conversation was pushy with borderline rudeness when asking for quote. Name not provided when requested. Dodgy.

Dont trust this guy and business – Murray from 'Unhinged Doors' quoted on a $350 door closer then used other parts from cheaper door closers. Said he would come back and put the correct one on(after first denying it). When he came back he used other cheaper parts, then said he had used the correct one. SCAMMER. Dont trust what he says. His quote was a lie to get a higher payment for a product he didnt ever install.

Be aware of this people – Not professional, if you let him service your door you have to pay endless call-out fees As he makes more problems. Not recommend this guy. Very cunning rip you off
