Broken wheel in the first year – Purchased the V2 in Australia and have been using it for the past year. It has great storage for shopping and baby items. I take good care of my products and items and have never broken anything before. However, recently I found one of the wheels had already cracked after only general strolling and light usage. I contacted customer service for… Read more

warrantee as it should still be covered (my daughter is only 14 months old) and they said it was accidental damage and would not cover the cost of the wheel replacement. I am very disappointed in the customer service for this product and would advise people to purchase a different model pram. $1800 for a pram that has a broken wheel in the first year of use is disappointing.

Nice pram but some improvements could be made – I chose this pram as a second choice after my 1st pram didnt arrive in time for baby's birth. It is very smooth and easy to turn with one hand. Sun shade is handy on the bassinette. Very easy to assemble. I haven't used the seat yet so can't comment on that. Adjustable height handle bar is great for my 6'3 husband. Easy fold down to get in boot. … Read more

Things that are not practical or i don't like

● Using on a gravel road is a no-no. Baby bounced around to a ridiculous point..even with an infant insert (purchased separately) ● Capsule adaptors for the maxi cosi dont come with a backup safety strap like other brands ● Buttons to remove bassinette from pram frame could be better positioned. Currently you have to put the hood down take baby out then put the hood back up to remove the bassinette to put in the car.. silly design ● One of the rear wheels already sounds like its going to crack (currently dealing with customer service on this issue) - it was like this from date of purchase

A great pram but with some room for improvement – We’re happy with our decision to invest in the Vista and had been choosing between a few other higher end prams at the time including the Bugaboo range. Things we love about the pram: 1) the bassinet - it is a good size with plenty of vents for air circulation including underneath, it is safe for overnight sleeping, the bassinet sits at a good… Read more

height so you don’t have to bend over too far to pick up the baby and it doesn’t interfere with the basket underneath, it has a large sun canopy with good coverage, and best of all the bassinet can be removed with one hand, 2) the pram folds up super easily and can be stored upright in the car, 3) it steers brilliantly, good turning circle, 4) large storage basket which we thought was way more than needed but turns out all that storage is handy! 5) the option to use as a double pram if needed. The only downsides we have found so far: the sun canopy on the seat is not big enough - when the seat is reclined even a few notches our son often still gets the sun in his face, and the seat is fairly small compared to other prams - compact can be good but i expect my son to outgrow it sooner than he might in other prams.

Hands down best pram – I’ve tried so many different prams and this one is hands down the best! We use it in double and single mode it’s so easy to switch between modes and the underneath basket is massive! Show details ·  1

My fave pram – This pram is such a lightweight pram - best for mums that are on the go and need to carry more than 1, as it has the function to add more seats. Functionability amazing - only thing is, I wish the handle bar could be switched to face the other side instead of taking the chair out to turn around. Show details ·  1

Terrible customer service & poor quality – Purchased the Uppababy Vista pram and accessories. I have had it a couple of months and the straps are already fraying. The cup holder rattles, the harness is difficult and time consuming to use. Although it says the pram can be used in multiple seat positions with the rumble seat, it really only can be reclined if they are both facing the front.… Read more

I found the Uppababy customer service is absolutely horrible, I contacted them about the rattling cupholder and after making me send them videos, serial numbers, receipts.. 5 emails later, they sent a rude response saying it is normal movement. Poor service and quality. Not recommended.

Stylish pram, great for parents with back injuries – Great pram. We’ve only used the bassinet so far. Our baby seems comfortable and happy in it. I frequently walk a trail near my house and the pram is great for both that and paved areas. I have a back injury and the UPPA adapters lift the bassinet to a great height for me. Steering with one hand is very good. Show details

Expensive, but worth it – We bought this pram ahead of the birth of our first child. 6 months' in, and we are very happy with the ease of use, and performance of the Vista. It is not a cheap pram, and the accessories are overpriced, but we feel like we will only ever need this pram given the ability to add the additional rumble seat. Show details

Great customer service and quality product – Wife and I were looking for a pram for our first child. We were looking at all brands during the baby expo and came across Uppababy. The fabric of the pram was high quality, smooth to the feel, compared to others. Looking forward to using it soon! Show details
