This company came out and charged a call out fee. Tech told me the unit was fixable and to have a second person come out to fix the unit for a further $1000 only to be told now at a total of $1300 that it needs to be replaced in full. Upside down plumbing ripped me off. They charged $7,500 for a new water system, only for it to break down 3 weeks later. I had to get another plumber to fix. Amateurs!!

Not worth the exorbitant prices !!! – What ever you do, read the fine print and actually, just never use this company. We were just charged over $4500 to clean 4 split system aircons, and they are not only NOT clean, they still have very visible mold in them. I am also missing a screw on one as it was left on top of a nearby speaker and the main beauty cover fell off about 10mins… Read more

Aside from the extremely expensive charge, my brother signed an authourisation, but he didn't read it correctly, totally his fault, but this charge is extremely excessive and the lack of the job being actually completed is simply pathetic. We have paid the money, but the job is nowhere even remotely near being completed or worth the value charged as the 3 out of 4 of the aircons still contain mold.
I have attached pics of the aircons, AFTER they have had an $1100 each supposed clean performed..... You be the judge...
Edit 1: Contractor returned today, and recleaned all aircons and fixed the not working one and replaced the missing screw. Unfortunately the beauty cover that fell off, fell off because the contractor broke off the retaining clips and now has to replace the part. Also, the cleaning is still not up to scratch with the barrel in one aircon that has clearly been missed, and still mold in another aircon and the aircons smell like mold still... Edit: 2 Contractor has returned for a third time, this time has completely re-done the job again this time with a "stronger" chemical, finally we are starting to get clean Aircons, they don't smell as moldy as they did even after the 2nd visit and the barrels are substantially better then they were left after the second visit... Still have to wait for a 4th visit to replace a broken part, but at least the aircons are starting to be clean. But 3 visits just to complete the original job is really not good enough.... especially for job priced at the top of the range $1100 odd PER aircon..

away. Taylor took the time to work out what he thought the problem was, explained to us in detail what our options were and gave us recommendations. Taylor was very efficient and gave us the quotes for the job straight away. He advised that he could get his specialist out to identify where the inspection shaft was in 2 hours, and that the plumbing issue would be resolved today. We were confident with Taylor's work and professional manner so decided to go ahead with the job. The specialist came out at the time he said, identified the shaft, then Taylor came back and cleared out the roots that were blocking the pipeline. He was here until late and made sure to get the job done on the same day. After 5 days of having no functioning toilets, I am very happy and relieved the issue is resolved. Thankyou Taylor! What’s worse, I later discovered this business operates under multiple names (including Cyber and Metropolitan Heating and Cooling) with misleading advertising—one even claiming “no call-out fee.” When I inquired with one of these other business names, I was lied to until I mentioned the address, at which point they admitted they had already attended under a different name.
A reputable company has since serviced the unit properly for a standard fee, including assessment, diagnosis, and a clear solution—proving how unethical this company’s approach was. I’ve since been informed this group has appeared on A Current Affair for similar complaints.
This is misleading, unprofessional, and borderline deceptive conduct. I’ve lodged a formal payment dispute and will be reporting them to Consumer Affairs. Save your time, money, and stress—go elsewhere.

service our 25-year-old air conditioning unit after clearly stating in the initial booking call that it required R22 gas, a refrigerant that is no longer widely used. Despite this, they assured us they could handle it and sent a technician after collecting a $140 call-out fee.
The technician confirmed on-site that it was indeed an R22 unit—yet told us it could be repaired and proceeded to quote a $2,400 rejuvenation service, requiring a $1,000 deposit. We agreed in good faith.
The service was never performed. After some time spent looking at the system, the technician admitted the unit couldn’t be repaired and instead offered a quote for a full system replacement costing $40,000. We declined, and he left—no meaningful work was done. We made clear we did not want the heater serviced (it was mid-summer), so no rejuvenation took place at all.
What followed was months of silence—our emails were ignored, phone calls unreturned, and default notices issued. The only consistent communication came in the form of threats of credit default listing if we didn’t pay the remaining $1,449. Out of concern for our credit file, we eventually paid $1,000 under formal protest, but have lodged complaints with Consumer Affairs Victoria and are pursuing recovery through the courts.

got the plumber out to see what it would cost to replace the shower mixer, hole already in the wall, it was a simple take mixer out replace with new one that we have, quote was $3,749, got the local plumber to come out he was gone in 20 minutes and the charge was $276, boy do i feel sorry for the old people out there getting ripped off. Absolute rip off of a quote will never ever use you guys.
