efficiently, he struggled with us in this regard, hiding his concerns and stressing us out through the whole process probably purposefully done, its also important they are independent and not relying on management to make all decisions for them, he showed he is extremely inexperienced and you can see this by what he sells has he sold any 1million + properties no. He is just not trustworthy only looking to make the sale and get his commission then run like a sneaky car salesman, he only looks at the cash and nothing else, if you list he he showed he would be there at every step of your horrible journey to cause issues so please use your gut instinct and do not list with upside.

He manipulated and deceived us on multiple occasions, and after finally pushing us to our top price and saying the deal was done in our favour and sending the sale documents, he actually left a message on the mobile overnight saying the vendors went to the previous buyers and received a better price. He then said “you are going to have to come back with a blow out offer now” laughing. By that time we had had enough and just stepped away. I’m a great believer in karma and from what I have read about what happened to his career I can see what sort of person he truly is.

Their fixed price commission is a real winner, as it is less than half the normal commission asked by other agents. advised get a 66 w certificate, bank statement and licence details all this to buy time and waste mine and my solicitor time, I did all that and he still sold it for $1420 mil an offer less than mine. The vendors lost out on 10k extra Why because it was bennificial for [Name Removed]. His behaviour is not logic unless you have sneaky intentions. What makes matters worse he sw t a text message advised me property is know sold, he didn't even have the decencie to call me hiding behind his phone. Agent teller of tall tales – Gives incorrect feedback supposedly from the vendor that is blatantly wrong. More to it, but the bottom line is that anything the agent says can’t be believed. Disgraceful conduct.

Took our property off the market whilst we are looking for buyers then would not let us change to another agent basically started legal talk and said we had to go through the contract termination waiting period for the contract to be over so we were stuck with them, this is how they operate, they lock you in then bully you. If you look at their reviews they consistently have a problem with their clients and your property is not their priority, only their commission, they do this very purposefully to lock in a buyer as that's their only priority. Their agents are completely unsupervised until there is a problem and the company is nearly 100% online, no shopfront, no proper receptions (you sometimes get a [Content Removed] accent and kids in the background when you call their head office) my advice is go to an agent that has at least a shopfront and you're not sucked in with low commission they don't have one, in the end you may pay 2k less but the hassle and mess they create is definitely not worth it and you will lose thousands so stay away from these upside vampires.

That figure barely covered my bank loan. I had to pay extra $3000 to cover for other fees. So I ended up being minus! Now the agency is still billing me for the auction that never went ahead as a result of their judgment and advice! They say it was too late to cancel. It is not my problem if they canceled late. I was no 12 on the listing when just being added to the market. i had to pay an extra $6000 to increase visibility. The board was really bad quality not showing much of the property details and drained of colour.The company had to be called three times to put the board in the correct place taking a week to do so. My agent left and support agent took over the sale. He was an absolute bully and caused many misunderstandings with my buyers and their conveyancers. I had to contact his Area ManIager for support. On settlement day he kept me waiting for three hours to collect the keys while he went about his appointments saying he was coming several times and then not showing. His Area Manager had to call him to make him do so. I am sorry I trusted Upside with the sale of my million dollar property, only doing so as a friend had had a good experience. I'd like to believe in the concept but with the agent I had in the end and the support companies outsourced would recommend you spend the extra and get a reputable local agent.

Unethical behavior - really bad photos and marketing failure - They scammed me into pre paid advertising fees OVER $5000 PLUS INTEREST EACH MONTH where I had paid for premium advertising upfront only to find my listing at the bottom of the site, What a farce. No feedback was given. I had to constantly ask her all the time.  She failed to secure any registered bidders at auction and that was a Farce too. She clearly did not do her job!!! She did not even tell me until just before the auction started. It was extremely embarrassing. She ruined the reputation of my house with in the the first few weeks and this is the most crucial time to sell. I ended up having to tell her to get off my property and never come back. I had to terminate the agreement asap with upside as her lies and deceptive attitude were just appalling and I had to list with a reputable local agent instead. She evidently ruined everything, She could not even dress appropriately, no professional business clothing but a cheesecloth dress that looked like something out of the 70's. IT WAS DISGUSTING! She spent more time on her phone doing who knows what during open home inspections than with the prospective buyers - VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! It may not be related in any way, but it is very coincidental: my phone number and email is not on social media and it started just after I provided this information. On the whole I think Upside Realty looks like a genuine business. My concern is that their business model of not providing a free report until they have your email and phone number has meant that I am quite concerned about this pattern of unwelcome emails and possible spoofing of my number that started after I provided this information to Upside Realty. I have not sent an email to Upside Realty about this as I am worried about further communication by either email or phone given what has happened.
