Fabulous Flowers!! – My first time ordering. Reasonable prices, very easy process on their website and an SMS to let you know your order is prepared and ready (photo of arrangement included in SMS), followed by an email to let you know your order has been delivered. Stunning flowers – I ordered from urban flower Sydney for the first time for a gift so I didn’t see them myself. Order never arrived – Ordered flowers 5 days prior to delivery date, received confirmation email/invoice shortly after. Upon checking the day after with my friend the flowers had never arrived (If I hadn't had asked her I would never have known may I add). I was later called by the owner who explained the delivery driver had missed the business hours cut off and wasn’t able to deliver them the day prior. She apologised and to make amends offered to resend them with a note apologising to my friend for the delay in arrival. The gesture/surprise wasn’t the same, but I appreciate them trying to rectify the issue.

I worked with Carli whom facilitated a non-standard request that included ordering additional presents from third parties to be packaged together alongside the flowers, chocolate and champagne and co-ordinated the delivery of all the items.

In short - accessible, reliable, good quality, creative and helpful - also friendly and willing to go the extra mile. I will certainly be using Urban Flower again.

Excellent service – I was extremely happy when I ordered flowers for my sisters birthday. I requested by phone that the delivery be within a certain time, and not only was this adhered to, but the flowers, balloon and chocolate package arrived looking fabulous. Will definitely use again.

Stunningly beautiful flowers once again – I have sent arrangements from Urban Flowers several times now and each time the recipients have been extremely happy with them. Most recently a friend who owns a high-end homewares store thought the Pure Delight arrangement was the most beautiful arrangement she'd ever seen. I followed up through their 1300 number and there was no care factor about the no delivery. Terrible customer service. You do not get what you pay for, They do not deliver the flowers you have paid for without followup,

Great turn around and customer service – After not getting my order delivered on time for valentines day, due to how busy the company was, was quite inconvenient athough understandable. After some miscommunication problems due to me being overseas they eventually refunded my order and re-sent the flowers anyway. In the end, very happy even though the flowers were delivered almost a week late.

Wrong flowers! – I ordered flowers for my wife for Valentine's Day. I ordered them at least 10 days before the 14th. I ordered tulips and even wrote a little note on the card that said I hope you enjoy the tulips... Well low and behold they didn't deliver tulips. Instead they gave her a different colored roses. Worst Customer Service! – I recieved a moth -infested Teddy bear. It also had cockaroach eggs on it. I was asked to bring the bear into the store, which I shouyldn't have done. the manager but there was no manager available. I was promised he would call me back. He didn't. I called back the next day and the female florist that answered my call hung up on me when I said I didnt want a new bear. I wanted my money back. NOTHING! The flowers were also very bad quality. It was $250.00 for dead flowers and a filty teddy bear.
