Great quality, beautiful design, brightens up a play space – The product came as described. It was quick and efficient. The quality was fantastic. The colours vibrant. My daughter loves the texture and rubs her hands across the bumps in the road. She’s too little to play just yet, but enjoys going to her room Now and just playing on the rug. It’s made her room colourful and homey!

Disappointed. 3 weeks and still don't see my orders – Ordered items 2nd July and got a phone call from them saying that one of the items is out of stock but will be available 3 days later hence agreed to wait for 3 days. It has been 2 weeks now and I still don't see my items nor any phone calls from them.

NEVER have stock!!! – This site is great when you can actually get what you ordered! Many times now I've received a phone call to say the product I've ordered and already paid for isn't in stock and I either have to accept a substitute or wait a few weeks for my order. UrbanBaby please don't take payment for products that aren't in stock, it just annoys your customers!! Also when products are currently out of stock on the site it takes FOREVER until they are restocked. Apart from these ongoing issues it is a great site with wonderful products so its a pity.

Needed to contact them many times to return a damaged sleeping bag – When we received the two sleeping bags we ordered one had a weeving error on the shoulder; a hole and loose threads. arrange things directly with Urban Baby, not their supplier, I was provided with an address to return the product.

After 4 weeks I had to remind them that we agreed on a refund and asked when and how we would receive this and after a few hours the refund was made through Paypal. Too much hassle; would've been quicker and easier buying the product in a shop in person...

Exceptional service! – Realised after payment that I could have chosen click and collect as the shop is local to where I live, just let it be and thought I’d wait for the delivery. Not even 24 hours after placing the order, Amelia called and offered to personally drop it to my house, and refund the postage amount. Good quality – Purchased car mat for my nephews 2nd birthday, it’s great quality and he loves it. Delivery was a major issue though customer service was excellent with dealing with everything, however had I known the courier used would be “Couriers please” who notoriously have a terrible reputation I wouldn’t have made a purchase and won’t in future unless there’s another courier company used.

Efficiency + – As first-time grandies, I wanted something that would matter for my new premmie twins. Efficient friendly company with good range of kids products – I’ve been a loyal customer for 6 years I love their extensive range of tigertribe and skiphop products . They also have a very cool range of bath toys (albeit not cheap). They’re awesome because they have a good website and search engine, and they’re efficient, And can help expedite orders if necessary. And my favourite part is I can do pick up so I save myself $10 delivery fee. love them, will be loyal for many more years

Extremely High Quality Product - Super Satisfied – Recently ordered the most adorable Llama comforter and rattle for a new baby in the family and it arrived quickly, well wrapped and was of a super high quality.
