Stress Free Build – This was our first investment build and the whole process was made easy with Urbane Homes. We engaged our own building inspector and other than a few minor paint defects the entire build was perfect. We had no issues whatsoever and where kept informed throughout the build. As we check the site everyday, we can tell the efficiency with the high quality. All our queries/requests are taken cared of on a timely manner. The contract cost is the same as after the completion. We didn't add anything. What they offer to us is the same as what we signed as well, we add security screen and as this was not part of the package but still the price is reasonable.

Lastly, the design of the house inside and outside is superb and fit to us with three kids.

fantastic customer service and quick turnaround construction timeframes. The contract is fixed price, full turn key package without any hidden fees or variations. My home included everything from the actual house, driveways, clotheslines, landscaping, blinds and floor coverings. On completion, we received the keys and just moved in without any alterations or additional costs. Easy 1, 2, 3!
