Thanks to everyone for your honest reviews, which saved those like me from purchasing based on the dream of Vince's over-hyped promises. I was disappointed, as the sales pitch got me good, and I truly wanted it to deliver on what it promised. Instead, I think I'll enter my own details into an AI tool and see if it can create a diet and exercise plan (without the hefty price tag and poor customer service). Show details

I really wanted to like this program. I have had a hard time losing weight through the years and not for a lack of trying. I started out by buying a simple workout targeting a specific area of my body, hoping that would help move my weight loss along. This got me roped into a "free metabolic assessment" that turned into a high-pressure sales pitch… Read more

for their 1 on 1 VIP program. I was interested though. I did ask the sales rep if he could send me information on the variuos plans and prices and I would discuss it with him at a later date. He said he would, and we made an appointment to speak again. I showed up for the next meeting even though if he didn't actually send me any more information, so I bet you can see where this is going. Even though it cost a lot of money, I thought it might be worth it if they could provided better, tailored strategies to help me lose weight. A sort of work smarter not harder kind of thing. Also, I figured that their 90 guarantee was a good safety net. If it didn't work I could fall back on that. How wrong I was.

The "personalized monthly menu" was a basic weekly, copy paste menu that encompassed 3 days. My coach was willing to change a few things but it wasn't even close to what you would call a personalized plan. I also learned very quickly that the personalized messages my coach sent every week were nothing more than a copy paste that she probably sends to everyone. Trust me, when the program isn't working and you aren't losing weight, getting a canned message from your coach stating that your clothes should start fitting better now sounds insanely tone deaf. Also, about a month in, my coach insisted in changing my workout schedule from 3 times a week to 5 times. I expressed my concerns that I was afraid this wouldn't be sustainable and I wouldn't be able to keep up with it. Also, when I signed up for the program, I was under the impression that my coach would chose workouts for me to do, but it wouldn't be that many. It as even stated in the FAQs that we shouldn't expect to workout all the time. She kept insisting that we should change to that schedule. After some back and forth I finally relented. It sounded as if she was only going to have me on that rigorous a workout plan for a few weeks but I did it up to the end of the 3 month period and it was exhausting.

By the end of the 90 day period I hadn't lost any weight and so applied for the refund as stated in the contract. I was declined, not because I stopped workout out or ate the wrong things (it's apparent in my workout logs and nutrition logs that I stuck with the program my coach provided. I even asked my coach on numerous occasions if she thought I was deviating too much from the program ad she always responded that I looked like I was on track, my body just doesn't react to change well, was he explanation) but because I rated the way I thought I followed the plan low in the first three weeks of the program and that there was significant push-back from me towards my coach, which obviously means I decided not to adhere to the plan. Those responses were absolutely ridiculous because again, it can be very clearly seen that even though I disagreed with my coach on parts of the plan, I still followed them. And it can be clearly seen that the low ratings I gave myself only happened on 2 weeks, one was the frst week while I got into the swing of things and the other was a week where I was sick and couldn't do some of the workouts and my coach had encouraged me to take a cheat meal. I mean, I suppose I could go back in and re-rate everything now that I know how the rating system is supposed to work ( there wasn't really any direction on what to take into consideration while rating, I was just thinking of basic variance like using the swap bible and then leaving room for improvement if my coach wanted to bring something up) but that might be mean. When I explained how I did actually follow the program, they pretty much just said that that's what they decided and they would not be issuing a refund. They offered to end the program at 3 months and give me back the money for the remaining 3 months which I took because it was at least something. But I still stand firm that I was given no reason to believe I was not following the plan and that they should follow through on their guarantee. I am currently pursuing a claim with the Better Business Bureau about it.

All this being said, these people are not your friends. IF this isn't a scam (who knows, maybe it works for people who are better at losing weight than I am) it's definitely got some major flaws with their customer service (horrendous) and whatever it is their weight loss technique is (pretty sure they don't have one). I have been lied to manipulated, dismissed and ignored. I wish I had never bought anything from this company and I hope this serves as warning to anyone looking into buying from this company.

Many thanks to everyone for exposing this fraud – I had had a few dud online purchases recently and had decided to check reviews in future. Thank you to everyone who has shared how they were scammed. You saved this little black duck from the same fate. Much appreciated

SCAM - Don’t waste your time – 1. Login doesn’t work and you have to contact customer service. 2. Everything is just automated, my friend has the exact plan as mine but we signed up different body types and weight goals. 3. They only try and upsell you for $1000s. Show details

STAY AWAY. Masters of the upsell – They will fill your email inbox with a minimum of three emails per day. Very complex meal plans, not for beginners. Requested a refund within hours of purchase but I get no response. They will also text you to invite you to a program, with an added cost. I am asking my CC to reverse the charge. They are more concerned about the upsell than your heath Website is full of short (4 minute) videos that take forever to get to the point. Show details

I hate garbage adds – I have not bought into this narrative. Any video that tell you how they are going to explain a magical weight loss program in 60 seconds and are still running their yaps 30 minutes later, stay clear of. If you want good advice google Vinnie Totorich and watch him on the Adam Carrola podcast and Mike Rowe podcast. You won't regret it and he is not trying to rip you off.

Simple weight loss diet & exercise program – I know for a fact the simplest way to lose weight is to have 6 small protein meals spaced across the whole day & with the first, third & fifth meal add a complex carb like green vegetables. Then 30 minutes after a meal go for a walk with aim to do 10,000 steps a day, with the best results going for a walk 30 minutes after the first, third & fifth… Read more

meal spreading out the 10,000 steps. Reduce or eliminate simple carbs like sugar etc, and drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of water per day. It’s a very simply & effective diet & exercise plan, with excellent results. Really unfortunate – Thanks to the unfortunate people who actually paid for the program, obviously you have saved a few people from throwing their money away. The internet is such a easy place to get taken advantage of.

Always check reviews prior to purchase – Almost signed up, I learned my lesson from signing up for those durelo pillows. I listened to Vince’s sprook to the end, almost signed up thinking $57 is reasonable - thank goodness I checked the reviews first this time- I saved myself the money, time and frustration…

A terrible Scam – Absolutely terrible. A scam. The trick you to think that the one time payment of $50 will get you access to content. Disappointed – I bought the turbo program just so I could get some menus and workouts to continue on my own. They didn't live up to their end of the bargain. Additional to this bait and switch, the trainer they assigned to me was supposed to be “elite” for successful business owners. $5500 scam – Update: After my initial review, vshred did reach out. This was their way of offering help… keep in mind I sustained 3 herniated discs week 2 of their program WHILE doing their workout. can’t do the program, I can’t complete the 90 days. So they want me to “pause my program, or reassign a coach, even though I have told them it will take 12+ months to recover from the herniated discs. As I sit here just having surgery I can’t believe I fell for this joke! The whole “100% money back guarantee, if you don’t see results” is a total lie!!! I CANT show results!!!! This is such a joke! Trust me go hire a dietician for $50 a plan or a trainer at a gym for $300!!!! You will save yourself a lot of stress and money!!! “We can go ahead and downgrade you from the Elite plan to the Accelerator + (so only $4,000 instead of the $5,000) getting you $1000 back in your pocket to help out with some of the intensity of those payments. You'd still keep the custom aspect of the program with the Accelerator + plan with your Elite Coach, but you would be losing out on the perks such as with the monthly meals!” From today a new success coordinator [Name Removed]. “ You may contact your Coach for anything related to your program, including meal plan requests, modifications to workouts, and support along your journey. I have personally reached out to your coach, and she will get in contact with you ASAP. If you feel that out of the options provided to you to make things right do not serve you, including the generous discount offered previously, your case will be closed as such. This case is now closed and you will no longer receive communication from us about your refund request.” So much help, right!!!!!! NOTTTTT……

Initial review: This company is filling people full of crap! I signed up with the promise of mentorship, customized meal plans that works based off of my body type and a fitness routine that didn’t cost thousands a month…OVER $5000 later here I am! I should have known better!!! Don’t fall for their lie!!! They promise a small group of 35 people that start with you ( sells call pitch) that will be in a support group… never happened and not even real. They put a cap on the coach of how much they can communicate with you, and the coach is so overwhelmed with “zoom calls” that they can’t get back to you for several days. I had no real support and the meal plans are bland you can find better from simple apps ( the whole body type pitch is totally a joke and On top of that i sustained an injury during one of their workouts that lead to herniated discs in my L4-l5-s1 I was instructed by my doctor to discontinue the program and when I took their Burn my heart felt weird it continued and I mentioned to my doc, I have an ekg scheduled. I reached out to my coach who put me in touch with the companies success coordinator [Name Removed] and all they said was “I don’t qualify for a refund”!!! I can’t finish this freaking 90 day program. I offered doctors notes and mri etc.. They only offer a refund 72 hours after signing up or after 90 days and you have to submit all pictures, measurements etc which is never asked for from your coach. Only your weight and if you’d followed the plan…which I did faithfully and I submitted every paper my coach asked for. I literally am heading into surgery and have a year plus of recovery and they won’t help me. I can’t finish the program, and who knows if I will ever get the clear from my doc to do so. So here I am over $5500 invested into a SCAM of a program! Learn from my mistake and DO NOT join this company! All they have is great marketing skills. Good job Vince another poor soul falls for your trap and got screwed! -April 2023
