shipping. I wrote to them but am being ignored. I have done that again but I expect they will ignore me again. Misleading people that parts are genuine when they are not is against the law in NZ.

After 1 month order still not received! – I purchased some O Rings on the 15/9/18 for $16.36, I was charged $16.39 for postage. It is now the 12/10/18 & have just found out because they only put $2 postage on my purchase it was returned a second time to them, so I still have not received my order after nearly 1 month & being charged a fortune for the postage. Will never deal with this company again.

Product orders – Bought some products from this company online. Did not receive an invoice. Sent 2 e-mails requesting same but zero response. Terrible customer service.

thanks vacuum parts – I was looking for a replacement floor tool for my vacuum that is an uncommon size. The store I bought the vac from were no help at all. Found vacuumparts.com.au on line, called and they had the accessory I wanted and they sent it fast. So friendly. Definitely will be going back next time for new vac or parts. Website is easy to navigate too.

Great customer service and advice – My partner and I were in the market for our first backpack vacuum for our 'difficult to vacuum' house and received great service from VacuumParts.com.au. I received a reply to my query email outside of business hours, they gave us friendly and unbiassed advice when we went to their warehouse to try a couple of vacuums on, and they included a set of bags for our chosen vacuum for free.

The tool set that was supplied with the machine is also excellent, particularly the Wessel Werk Gulper and Turbo Head floor tools. The clip on tool caddy is also a great way of storing the small tools with the machine as it ensures that they are always on-hand.

If we had known that using a backpack vacuum cleaner could make the job this much easier we would have bought one years ago!

Fantastic Vaccume - Pacvac Superpro 700 – The vacuum is brilliant - super easy to use & very lightweight.
