Hi . I recently purchased a second hand mx7 mountain bike that has been tampered with, it has pas but the throttle control has been removed along with the light,LCD screen and fitted with a 26inch rear wheel. I want to return the throttle control, how do I do this and what items are needed. Many thanks Tim

How do you factory reset the settings for PAS speed did it on accident and can’t change it back I can’t use the throttle if you can’t reset it what is the default settings

These bikes can put up with light gravel, wouldn’t actually take mountain biking though.

I'm having problems with my computer settings on the screen it's not doing anything anymore so buttons must've pushed in that in order to reset it or changed them and I don't know how to get back

How do I start the bike.
I am a 6ft tall and weigh 100kg and male. I 've been looking at the Valk eMTB it has 26in wheels. Is this the correct size for me.
I am over 100kg with no issues, Simply raise the seat to suit your. The seat that comes with the bike is a racing style seat, very uncomfortable. I purchased a larger softer seat on ebay for less than $20. Regards
Hi Turney, Thank you for being interested in our Valk eBikes! The 26" Valk Mountain Bikes we usually recommend to people between 152-172cm's in height however you can adjust the seat to suit your height as well.
Our product listings will have in the photos whether or not the item may be suitable for your height. The max weight on our bikes are 120kg.

Hi Deborah, Thank you for reaching out to us, the main difference between the MX6 and the MX7 would be the upgraded motor and display, as well as depending on which size you select, the bigger the bike, the more spokes it will have and wheel size will be bigger as well!
Apart from this, we have kept the majority of the bike similar due to its popularity!
