Cute clothing, but sizing is a bit off sometimes for me – Love the clothing at Valleygirl, it's one of my favourite stores to purchase from - however, sometimes the sizing is a bit off for me, namely it can be too large (I am an AUS 6) especially the bottoms (pants, skirts, shorts, etc.). This is why I now never purchase bottoms from the online store and reserve those for shopping in-person so I can try them on first. The shirts, however, have been mostly accurate and true to size.
Shipping has never been an issue, and all items arrive promptly and safely.
Overall, I am pretty pleased with Valleygirl's online store and in-person shopping, as the clothing selection is, in my opinion, one of the best (in Australia).

Customerservice is not reliable – Sent email and took 4 days to reply. I was asked to send photos and I still waiting for reply. Takes almost 2 weeks for a reply. I mentioned in the email I was going away for 3 weeks still waiting for reply. The money paid for an item is not a problem, it is the principle. I rather to be told that I will not get a refund instead of games. Valley Girl you should reply to customers in 24 or max 48 hours. I think customers would be happy with better service.

Ripped Off – Online Purchase. I followed instruction & returned a faulty garment via registered post, I placed the receipt for the postage in the bag & got a copy for myself. The website states to send the receipt so that the cost may be reimbursed. When I got a refund that cost was not included. I had paid $17 something for the garment and in total over $22 in postage. I emailed and asked why the cost of registered post was not reimbursed, no reply. I wrote another email and attached photos, the email would not send. Days later I went to Valley Girl contact details on the website, clicked on the email address ( which was the same one I had already emailed) and I emailed again, still no reply. Its extremely rude and unprofessional behaviour. Its also going against their obligations. When a business states you have to post via registered mail and the cost will be reimbursed surely they have to reimburse you. I'll never buy a Valley Girl item again and I'll certainly be telling everyone I know to stay away from them. Its theft from Valley Girl
Wrongly described item – Bought what was advertised as a pair of shorts online. Picture showed pink shorts with navy floral cami. When it arrived it was a play suit...shorts and cami stitched together with zip all the way up the back. No one could explain the mistake. Luckily Valleygirl refunds online purchases although I believe that’s not the case for Instore purchases.

Bad quality clothing – I ordered quiet afew items for the first time off the online ValleyGirl store as I dont have time to browse instore with a baby. I received my items within 5 days over Christmas which was AWESOME as I thought it would either get lost or arrive a week late. When I tried my clothes on, 3 of them items were as I remember ordering but the other 3 I wasnt sure on. I checked my invoice and as I thought I got the wrong colour.
My pants had a hole in the leg seaming above my knee the size of a 20cent coin.
The mustard colour jumpsuit was faulty the stitching had come out on the right shoulder, I manager to cut it off but I cant sew it back up?
I emailed the vg email that was provided and still no answer a week later.
