After a devastating experience with a previous builder left us with just a slab, Angus and his team took on our new home build on the lower north shore with positivity and a proactive attitude. Their pricing was competitive and the team worked well together to find solutions to any setbacks or challenges. Progress was steady and communication was exceptional every step of the way. The quality is great and the knowledge and experience Angus, Max, Rob and Kieran bring to the table gave us so much confidence. We are thrilled with our new home and can't thank the whole Valor team enough! Above all, they are just lovely, trustworthy and ethical people who really care about the bringing your dream home to life.

We are novices in this field yet your guidance, support from start to finish has been impeccable. With this confidence you enabled us to put 100% trust in your decisions and details. Kieran our family appreciates all the hours you spent drawing and redrawing because we changed our minds so many times. Thanks for all patience, options and the reasons why plan A or B or C was best.
Max informed us every step of the way and kept us in touch with daily to weekly updates. You were always only a phone call away ready to answer any question.
From the slap to the waterproofing, rendering, brickwork, tiling, the 4 coats of paint and so much more workmanship is outstanding.
Your vision and foresight enabled us to now have a family home that is aesthetically pleasing, spacious, airy, light-filled, warm and 100%.
Rob you put it all together day in day out so the tradies were timely and our home is ready to be moved in months ahead of schedule. This will gives us more memorable family celebrations.
Angus Thurston you have built a team that exudes your genuineness, precision and honesty. I am so grateful that we have arrived at a beautiful family home. It is so so lovely and I am so ready for this brand new chapter of our family and extended family and friends to enjoy embrace.

An exceptional building company – Valor took on my incomplete build after a disastrous experience, I was disillusioned with builders and the industry in general. But Angus and his team truly restored confidence, producing a quality build, months ahead of schedule and within budget! Their pricing was transparent and honest, their work meticulous and they are genuinely nice people who want to create homes not churn out houses.
I thank Keiran Smith for designing something beautiful, Max Gittany for his exceptional scheduling and handling of the project and of course Angus Thurston who has created a building company with an honest culture; a rare gem in the industry. It has been a great experience. I whole heartedly recommend Valor Residential.
