CHARGED FOR ITEMS NOT DELIVERED – Bought a particular bunch of flowers for my Mother's birthday because of the vase it came with....only thing is she got a cheap glass vase not the vintage one in the description. Not happy as it was a gift. No one has replied to emails with pictures. Obviously just interested in your money not customer service. Use a reputable company instead.

they tried to call me but I didn’t pick up. I have no records of the calls but at the end of the day, it’s just embarrassing for me as I had to purchase more flowers orbe trouble with the missus. Terrible service and possibly a scam. How hard is it to deliver flowers? Doesn’t take a genius to do it.

positively oozed the smell of marijuana. It was so strong it made me want to gag! I refused to give them to my daughter or even have them in the house, so she never even saw them. I asked multiple people in my household to determine the smell and all said the same. I think that is appalling and so incredibly disappointing. Neither I nor my family will be using this service again, especially after writing to the company to let them know that same night and 2.5 weeks later, still having no response. Just disgusting!

Gorgeous flowers delivered within hours – I ordered some flowers around 11am spending about $45. I wondered if they would look anything like the picture but took the chance. I so impressed I got regular text updates and a tracking link. They were delivered a few hours later and were such a gorgeous bunch of flowers. I was quite surprised.

Wouldn’t recommend – Would not recommend to anyone. Was spoken to rudely with extreme attitude by a customer service representative. Flowers did not arrive when they were supposed to. What was meant to be a beautiful surprise has turned into a horrible experience

A disappointment – Value Flowers are cheap compared to other smaller flower delivery services. but their delivery service is inefficient. No one seems to know whether the flowers are actually in the delivery truck or whereabouts the delivery vehicle is. When I had previously booked with a local smaller company, they had even sent a tracking number to my email and I was directed to a system similar to Uber so I knew how far the delivery truck was away. Will rather spent more money and have a rough idea when the flowers arrive. Would never order at Value Flowers again.

Terrible service – Terrible service- ordered a bday balloon package 8am the day before they were meet to arrive. Would not arrive till after 4:30pm the next day.Horrible service! Would not recommend at all.

Not much value flowers – Brought some flowers in a Mason jar for my wife a day ago. The flowers arrived on time, but the flowers weren't that fresh, much smaller and does not look comparable to the picture shown on the website. The Mason jar arrived was different too and there wasn't any ribbon... So not so value for what you are paying even compare to those that can be brought from the supermarket. Daniel

Flowers not deliver – Made an order on a Tuesday for a Thursday delivery. No delivery was made. The driver failed to contact me or the person receiving the gift despite having supplied both telephone numbers. A request for a refund has been met with silence. I will go back to “Roses R Us.” More expensive but over the last 5 years they have never failed.

Valentines Day delivery that I went onto the Product Review site - and am surprised that others have had unfortunate experiences.

Above and Beyond – I was sending Birthday flowers from UK to my daughter. This shop was amazing. I made an error and had flowers sent to wrong address. Once I contacted them I had super quick response and sorted everything out for me. My daughter will be receiving Birthday flowers after all due to the helpfull kind Value Flowers staff. Cannot thank them enough. Excellent I'd give 10 stars if I could.

Didn't get what I paid for – I ordered the mason jar with 15 roses as advertised, was delivered and my friend liked it however there were only 10 roses, I advised value flower who came back with an excuse.. no offer for refund. It's not good enough when they advertised 15 roses.. would think twice about using them again. Disappointed.

Terrible company – I am extremely upset. I ordered flowers for my mothers birthday. Order was placed at 9:30am this morning and at 5:50pm still no delivery. I rang 5 times today and the only information the girl could give is everyone from head office has gone home, even at 11am that was the case. Great service will use them in the future – I was worried about placing a order with this company after reading there reviews but I thought I'd give them a try I orderd the 24 pink roses which was delivered to my wife in hospital for her birthday she loved them. placed order 7am was delivered by 11am very happy with there service will be using them again in the future

Terrible - avoid and use someone else – They dumped the delivery at the wrong address instead of calling me advising they couldnt find it or following delivery instructions. Then when they finally sorted it after three phone calls they only delivered 10 roses that were damaged instead of the 20 i paid for. Avoid at all costs

Misleading Service, Customer Service very average – 10am paid online. Filled out every field on form. I thought if I ordered flowers at 10am it would at least reach my wife on our anniversary at work before she left at 4pm. arrived at 4:15pm and i did call to check they had made it there. They had not by 1:10pm all good but the guy on the phone rang twice to the driver to get them there at least by 3:30pm. I told my wife in the end as she left work at 4pm. No surprise. I called the lady said she could not help as they were in the right and delivered them in their specific times. This was not stated clearly and even more to the fact she said you should of used the vip service again that was not seen, to be honest at the price and the service and work i had to do. Not worth your time. Plus it being at my wife's work place I was told by the lady, if it was stated as a business place of delivery it would have better delivery times. I did fill in the business name address and all it asked for but still was told that I did not. At the end of the day don't say a customer is wrong or imply it. I asked for a refund got a no, as a unhappy customer given false claims of calling the driver and following up and disappointing my wife. She deserves the flowers. Thank you for tarnishing what little time my wife and I have together value flowers. Keep it up. Gave you a two star for trying I guess.

flowers had already been delivered but Sally spoke with the driver and explained the circumstances. The driver then returned to collect the flowers and very kindly redirected the delivery to the recipients home address. In an age when many businesses do not seem to care about the quality of the service they offer this was a very welcome change and went way over and beyond. Many thanks to Sally and the delivery driver for this exceptional service.

another failure to deliver on valentines day – placed the order on sunday before valentines. Flowers weren't delivered by 5.45pm on Valentine's day, I called them , they put me on hold , while they called the driver , came back and told me would be about an hour , 2 days later still no flowers and haven't heard from them , lodged a dispute with paypal for a refund , terrible service all around

Failure to deliver for Valentines – Failure to deliver flowers. Very disappointing upon calling just said to follow up with them the next day. Delivery was made couple of weeks ago.

Very happy – I was very happy with the service and quality of flowers that arrived. They looked very similar to the picture advertised and exceeded my expectations. Even better, the price was fantastic too! I would recommend this business and use them again. Many thanks.
