Cameron presented me with 3 x options - there was no pressure at all - he fully explained the pros and cons.
He graciously listened to me whilst I also showed him the shower rose arm falling down. He replaced that as well :)) And I asked his advice about the lever release on my hot water system - he reassured me I don't need to release the value every 3 months as it does this automatically.
Cameron did what he stated he would do and more!
He turned my kettle and toaster off at the wall and unplugged them when I called Christine to request this. Cameron even sent me photos and videos when this and all the jobs progressed and were completed, right up to the house lock up stage. Noel was amazing in updating me as he was on his way to commence the job. I called Noel back to say I have 2 new unwrapped toilet seats left out (in case he wondered why they were there) and if he could install them onto the toilets (my proposed job 3 years ago :( Noel informed me that the new toilet suites come with toilet seats anyhow and he won't need to use my new ones.
Cameron also honoured the 10% discount when I mentioned to him I saw his business flyer with the said offer on the local Salisbury page. I have no hestitation in employing Cameron and his team at Vanguard Plumbing and Gas in the future and recommending him to my family, friends and all.

I had a blocked stormwater service the guys did a jet blast and couldn’t clear it due to a collapsed pipe they found the issue and dug up my stormwater service and replaced it cleaned up after they finished was happy with the job thanks Josh Show reply

I called Vanguard as I did not have any gas to my cooktop. The call was answered immediately and Josh was able to come around that same day. He explained what needed to be done in terms I could understand. He carried out all the work quicky and efficiently and left the area so tidy it did not look like he had even been there. If you need a plumber who actually shows up, cares, and gets the job done properly under pressure, book these guys. We were in the middle of installing our pool when we found out a major pipe ran directly through the area where the pool needed to go. first phone call. Professional, calm, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping us find a solution quickly. He stayed back late to make sure everything was completed properly and had it all sorted within 24 hours so our pool installation could continue on schedule. The level of service, communication, and workmanship was outstanding. You can tell they take real pride in what they do and actually care about their clients instead of treating you like another job number.
