Disappointed – Ordered 16 Sep still nothing,sent 6 emails & still no contact,

No Contact – Ordered items in mid June, money taken, still waiting for items, no phone number, no reply to emails (2 emails) asking where items are or any update whatsoever. shops like these are allowed to operate in NSW. ZERO STAR is being too kind. Anyone reading this, all I can say is "Shop at your own risk". Won't be shopping @ VarietyBox EVER AGAIN.

zero stars really – ordered 10.5.23 today is 30.6.23 spent x4 messages and no response still saying processing I paid with Cc not sure how to get a refund. should have used PayPal :( never again!

No communication – After waiting for over a week for delivery I requested an update & advised I would need to cancel if no response....sadly no response the whole duration.....no refund so contacted PayPal for further action.... Case found against seller & refund issued......

Made an order and no response for two weeks – I'm going to report them to prevent such an unreliable online shopping in Australia. Just if it helps anyone reading reviews prior shopping yes they provided absolutely no reliable service.

We did not receive the order – We have placed an order. The items have not been shipped weeks later. I have emailed them twice and have received no communication back.

No Customer Service – Ordered a tide clock, they sent me a lovely Hygrometer. It's beautiful but not what I ordered and have no use for it. Now are ignoring all of my emails. No phone number to contact them. I will be reporting them to Fairtrading and encourage others to do the same.

Listen to the bad reviews! They are 100% correct! – Stay far far away from this company. Charge top dollar for products, process the payment straight away and don’t even send the item! Ordered a week ago and just says processing order. They do not have a phone number to call and they don’t respond to emails. Customer service is non-existent. I 100% believe they are a scam website. Only wished I looked at other reviews before I ordered!

Don’t bother – I don’t know if this site is legit. No movement of my order & no one responds to messages. Gave up & got my money back through Paypal.

Unresponsive, don’t waste your time or money – Variety Box seems like a legitimate company from the outside. However, once you purchase the goods, they will not release the order or respond to your emails. Do not make a purchase from this website.

Variety box order – Was hesitant after seeing the reviews but I got exactly what I ordered with no problems at all. I will buy more products from here for sure. Thanks guys

Very pleased with their customer service and shipping – I have bought product from this company twice over the past 6 months. I can honestly say my experience with them was very good. My emails were answered within 3 days and my order was posted within 5 days. I was concerned to order the second time when I read all the negative reviews but I had no problem with them whatsoever.

Looks like a Scam company – Ordered something from them 20 days ago. The money went off my account immediately but I still haven't received an order confirmation or anything. They do not reply to any emails. Do not order form this company as per all the other reviews.

Avoid! – Non existent communication. Order sat for weeks as “fulfilling” and wouldn’t reply to emails. Finally got updated to processing and then waited further for it be shipped. Not yet received and hope it arrives in time for family Christmas gathering.

POOR CUSTOMER SEVICE AND DISPATCH – I placed an order for some health products on the 25th October 2021 and am still waiting. Today is the 8th November and yet, according to my account, their still fulfilling the order. I sent an email to them querying this. As yet, I still have no response. My order was worth $132.07. If they don't respond over the next week, I will cancel my order and force a refund.

Do not buy from them!! – Beware!! Does not ship out within time Stated. They do not respond to emails and I have requested a refund but still no response. My debit card was also hacked 2 days after purchasing with them.

Terrible customer service – I purchased a product that subsequently went out of stock. I was told to wait, during which time communication was slow and uninformative. After 6 weeks they cancelled the order and refunded because it is out of stock. Waited for nothing

Bad customer service – Had not received my item after almost 2 weeks. Unable to find a phone number, so I sent 2 emails asking when I can expect delivery. No answer. Sent a third email saying I wanted order cancelled and a refund because of their bad customer service and that I would purchase the item elsewhere. saying there were staff shortages and that order was being sent that day. Received item the following day. I do not recommend using this site or company. Their customer service is disgraceful, it takes a very long time for delivery and it's almost impossible to get a response from them. Buy elsewhere.

Buyer beware – I made the mistake of purchasing from this company based on advertised product availability and delivery times. Two weeks later and I'm still waiting for the product to even be shipped. They have no contact phone number and don't bother responding to emails. False advertising and poor customer service.
