stored my belongings for a while until I was ready to receive them. Once I settled in, they shipped everything quickly, and my items arrived in excellent time. I was contacted to arrange a suitable delivery time, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

has taken every phone call, answered every question, been endlessly kind and reassuring, and most importantly, came up with a plan so I didn't have to. When you're completely overwhelmed trying to coordinate a complex move (and mother with Dementia) that level of support is genuinely priceless. A massive thank you to Alex and Italo, who today moved the contents of two storage units, and unpacked our shipping container. They were professional, efficient, incredibly careful with our belongings, and somehow not a single thing was broken! Every item was handled with care and respect, and nothing was ever too much trouble. What stood out most, was how genuinely lovely they were. Moving house is stressful, and after months of packing, storing, moving and unpacking, kindness goes a long way. The two legends worked incredibly hard all day, yet remained friendly, patient, positive and an absolute pleasure to deal with. We’ve still got a few days ahead til everything is all under one roof (I would have died trying orchestrate a move like this in one day, but I’ve no doubt the Vaz team could’ve manage it) and after today's experience I feel so grateful for knowing we are in the best possible hands we could be. Could not recommend this company – Our family have moved twice in the last 3 months with Vazpower with no issues, so we did not hesitate to use them again. They had to move us from a storage unit to an apartment. From the previous move into the storage unit it should have been obvious how long it would take to load up. at a pre-arranged time (Body Corporate allocation 1200-1600). They did not finish loading until after 1330. One of the movers, Louis, was professional and knew what he was doing but his offsider was not working at a reasonable pace and was not at all pro-active. He was a large contributing factor to the time delay. A recently purchased Coco Republic round concrete table (over $2000) was severely damaged during the move. I was too late in seeing Louis's offsider roll the table on a concrete floor instead of carefully loading the table top onto a trolley. We complained to [Name Removed] (the owner) and he promised to get back to us but he never did. I fully appreciate how hard it is to get competent staff these days but that is not my concern. While their pricing may be reasonable I will not be recommending Vazpower to my friends.

Super friendly team that went above and beyond too take my belongings up north and then helped return it when I was no longer moving. Highly recommend they were quick and reliable.

This is my second time with Vaz, Marcelo and Kevin were AMAZING! Even with a narrow road and a delay due to a small elevator, they were impressively fast and no damage or stress! Thank you guys once again.

Renan Victor and Marcelo did an amazing job for us today. We moved 4 times in the past and these guys are completely out standing!! They were fast, fit a lot of stuff and this was the best packing I personally even seen from a move. No words needed to these boys. Very hard working and always smiling nothing was a problem at all.
