I had a big move (4-5 bed) for a short distance. It took 3 guys and a big truck. They were on time, and didn't overcharge. They stayed in communication, were reliable, and professional. Despite challenges, they stayed transparent and efficient. I'll remember the great team and call on them again in future. Thank you Vaz!!

stored my belongings for a while until I was ready to receive them. Once I settled in, they shipped everything quickly, and my items arrived in excellent time. I was contacted to arrange a suitable delivery time, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.
Overall, Vaz Power made what could have been a stressful interstate move feel easy. They were always willing to assist with whatever I needed, and their communication was fantastic. Highly recommend them to anyone needing a reliable removalist!

professional, and communicated clearly throughout. The timeframe between the move and delivery of our belongings also met expectations.
There were, however, some areas for improvement. As this was an interstate move, collection occurred one week prior to our departure, and the move appeared to be carried out by a subcontractor. We were initially provided with a pickup window of 8:00 am to 12:00 pm, but the evening before collection this was changed to 5:00 pm. This required adjustments to our travel plans, including changes to accommodation, as we were travelling with a cat and could not complete the journey in one day.
A similar issue occurred with delivery. We were given a specific delivery day, but on that day were advised that delivery would instead take place the following morning. While the items ultimately arrived within a reasonable timeframe, these last-minute changes caused some inconvenience and stress.
Overall, despite these scheduling issues, we would still recommend their services.

Renan, Victor and Yanko absolutely powered through arguably the worst access property ever. Kept their professionalism, nothing was too much, and got loaded up faster than expected. Cannot recommend this crew and company enough!

Renan & Victor were great worked so hard all day lifting very heavy furniture. They were prompt to the minute they said they would be at the storage facility & were careful with our belongings
OMG what a nightmare. Turned up late which meant they worked until 10pm when they stop moved house to house. Broke items, scratched furniture, bent top of french door fridge hinge. Won't use again.
Could not recommend this company – Our family have moved twice in the last 3 months with Vazpower with no issues, so we did not hesitate to use them again. They had to move us from a storage unit to an apartment. From the previous move into the storage unit it should have been obvious how long it would take to load up. at a pre-arranged time (Body Corporate allocation 1200-1600). They did not finish loading until after 1330. One of the movers, Louis, was professional and knew what he was doing but his offsider was not working at a reasonable pace and was not at all pro-active. He was a large contributing factor to the time delay. A recently purchased Coco Republic round concrete table (over $2000) was severely damaged during the move. I was too late in seeing Louis's offsider roll the table on a concrete floor instead of carefully loading the table top onto a trolley. We complained to [Name Removed] (the owner) and he promised to get back to us but he never did. I fully appreciate how hard it is to get competent staff these days but that is not my concern. While their pricing may be reasonable I will not be recommending Vazpower to my friends.
