OMG what a nightmare. Turned up late which meant they worked until 10pm when they stop moved house to house. Broke items, scratched furniture, bent top of french door fridge hinge. Won't use again.

They took extra caution with fragile and expensive items, and handled tricky stairs and a narrow walkway with ease and precision. I just found this removalist thru google, and the move last for 5hrs, even I have heavy stuffs from upstairs and even downstairs. The move was just done in 5hours. Though everything is ready but they have to wrapped it with cling wrap. Only 2 stuffs did the the moved. I recommend Diego and Joao. They are very organised and time managed. No complaints. Could not recommend this company – Our family have moved twice in the last 3 months with Vazpower with no issues, so we did not hesitate to use them again. They had to move us from a storage unit to an apartment. From the previous move into the storage unit it should have been obvious how long it would take to load up. at a pre-arranged time (Body Corporate allocation 1200-1600). They did not finish loading until after 1330. One of the movers, Louis, was professional and knew what he was doing but his offsider was not working at a reasonable pace and was not at all pro-active. He was a large contributing factor to the time delay. A recently purchased Coco Republic round concrete table (over $2000) was severely damaged during the move. I was too late in seeing Louis's offsider roll the table on a concrete floor instead of carefully loading the table top onto a trolley. We complained to [Name Removed] (the owner) and he promised to get back to us but he never did. I fully appreciate how hard it is to get competent staff these days but that is not my concern. While their pricing may be reasonable I will not be recommending Vazpower to my friends.
