strips to bulk up meals with more protein. The toum garlic dip is ridiculously good and I add a spoonful to so many means. Absolutely worth the price, I'm finding I crave these meals so I'm spending less on take out/uber eats. I get the 1200cal meal plan and throw in frozen veg to bulk them up with extra nutrients and volume if I'm feeling really hungry. Highly recommend!

over the Christmas period, yet I was still charged. When I contacted customer service, I was told I had put the wrong order on hold and was sent a copy of an email confirmation. Not only had I never received the email confirmation but it also contradicted itself, stating both the order for the 22/12/2025 was on hold and the next delivery was still scheduled for the 22/12/2025.

Despite clearly identifying a system error and explaining that the food would likely go to waste, my request to cancel and refund the order was declined. Customer service repeatedly placed the blame on me rather than acknowledging the fault. This experience was extremely disappointing, and unfortunately I cannot afford to use nor would I recommending using such an unreliable, poorly designed ordering system.

Poorly run company that repeatedly makes mistakes with your orders. They have limited delivery windows so any mistakes or missing meals are just refunded rather than replaced. My only gripe is as someone who exercises over 2 hrs a day the meals really aren't big enough so I have to supplement with add-ons which makes it all the more expensive. I've been receiving Vegan Soul for a few weeks now. I've used a few vegan meal deliveries in the past but Vegsn Soul have had the most meals that we like. So far favourites are Peanut satay chicken, red Thai chicken, Mongolian beef, and Bondi Beach chicken shawarma. The portion size is good for my daughter and I. My husband eats for so I do extra veges or bread on the side. I am hoping there will be more options added to the menu over time. Show details

Food is good quality, great ingredients and with no preservatives or other things you should worry about. I specifically like the wraps which are more substantial and leave me fuller for a longer period of time. I find that accompanied with a small salad, these meals are perfect for a balanced diet, specifically if you work out and you are focused on building muscle and losing weight. Show details

If you're looking for delicious, high protein seitan-based meals, Vegan Soul is definitely for you. They're very skillful with their use of flavours, they use natural ingredients and provide great protein to support recovery from cardio and weights.
