Same group of players, different name, do not be fooled. Anyone see these profits? I have included the Ferndale development in which we did not see any of these profits in the investor update provided by Venture Crowd.

promotion document has no legal guarantee Promised redemption dates are delayed for years. I invested in 2021-2022, and am still awaiting on redemtions. The update document in the image on the right was sent in December 2023, stating that redemption would be in February next year (2024). Dishonest and corrupt company. Sent me an email for a pre IPO opportunity where they mentioned that this is a special opportunity to invest at 0.35 CAD pre IPO. I deposited and then got a call from an agent called [Name Removed] who started overselling the proposal and said we have a sweetener for you and blah blah blah. Then he said these calls… Read more
are recorded and while talking about the sweetener, he very cleverly said that we will issue a special price for you of 0.45 CAD. Generally it’s 0.5 but you are special and all.
As I was well aware of the numbers and also could sense some sales nonsense from [Name Removed] then I said I was offered 0.35 so why is it 0.45 now. He obviously acted surprised and asked me to send him that email which I had received and then went onto say the company had not accepted your investment yet so they have the right to reject it.
Choose if you want 0.45 or we can refund the funds. No apology from him and no explanation. Just an over smart attitude of take your money if you don’t like our conditions.
Such a waste of time and trust. Absolute cheaters and I hope people are careful dealing with such unethical companies.

My investment with VentureCrowd has proved to be an absolute disaster! One investment has had a 100% loss, the others have been locked up for years with no better return than bank interest. Broken promises and complete incompetence keep rolling on, but hey, it's not their money they are losing as their management fees keep on rolling in! Do not trust or invest with these people, you will lose your money just as I have.

VentureCrowd repeatedly cited liquidity and cash flow issues as an excuse for their failure to pay. Yet, they continue to charge management fees, steadily draining investor funds until nothing is left. There is no clear plan, no commitment, and no accountability—just endless delays.
As one of the affected investors, I demand that VentureCrowd return my capital and interest. If you are considering investing, pay close attention to the risk sections—especially those on related party transactions, conflicts of interest, liquidity risks, and general risks. These so-called "risks" are nothing more than a cover-up for VentureCrowd’s and the CEO's wrongdoing and a convenient excuse to delay repayments until investor capital is completely wiped out.
The CEO claimed that he had invested his own money into the projects. This is completely false. He is simply using investors’ management fees to make it seem like he has personal skin in the game, when in reality, he has never put in a cent of his own money.
Based on my experience, VentureCrowd platform does not operate in the best interest of its investors, prioritizes its own fees over investor returns, and cannot be trusted to return capital. If you ask about your investment or interest payments, the customer services team including the compliance manager will simply refer you to vague and outdated investor updates rather than providing real answers.
VentureCrowd and all its related parties expertly play the role of trustworthy entities while raising capital, yet they use every excuse in the book to delay repayments to investors' capital. The CEO continually promises action but never delivers, all while watching investor capital slowly vanish. Feed false hope and stall until there’s nothing left to return.
Do not be misled. Proceed with extreme caution!!!

45 apartments over 4 levels. The second 27 units in 3 stages and 3 townhouses. This investment was known as Cannon Hill QLD Development Pty Ltd via VentureCrowd Trust No. 676. The term was 18 months and I was to share in the profits on completion of the project. I invested on 01/11/2022. On the 25/11/2024 the property was sold at less than the purchase price without a start on either building project. The result was a full impairment of equity. Where is the due diligence and where is the money? It’s a Black Hole. I have 5 more investments with VentureCrowd, none of which have returned capital on Maturity Dates and all have ceased to pay interest as per their IM. This is in stark contrast to similar investments I have.
