Been trying to order milk powder for wildlife joeys since last Friday. They knew it was urgent. Here we are five days later and they haven't even despatched it. FORGET trying to communicate with this mob especially if it's urgent. Now we are stuck with no formula and have to beg and borrow from other shelters who are also struggliing due to fire-affected wildlife. Very disappointing.

Was a bit suss about the clipping blades advertised so cheap. I purchased one and then get get email saying order has been cancelled due to not being able to get in contact with me. Did get refund but more likely they don’t have any in stock.

Fake discount codes – This website wastes your time with the ‘join our email list and receive a $10 discount’. You are sent a code for the discount, but guess what … it’s invalid. Just a con and I really don’t know why they bother given their prices are pretty good in the first place. These sorts of ‘tactics’ to obtain email addresses do they can sell your info on is unsavoury and brings down the reputation of the business.

Feeling ripped off – Price for Bravecto Spot on is $33 dearer than the competition which is also an Australian company.That makes a difference of $99 on my order as I have 3 dogs.I struggle to see how those prices are justified.

My border collie/cattle dog loves being kept safe – Purchased tick @ flea and heart worm meds. Great product, good price and quick delivery.

certainly not. Also when I first joined up the code they gave me to get $10 off the first order had expired. Disappointing and unlikely to reorder.

Bought new toys for my pets in isolation and they are much better now – I have a dog and a cat and they were very pleased when their order arrived very fast and in perfect condition.
