Why would it worry Viano representatives if they have nothing to hide? Id like to know how to contact them regarding faults & technical problems? Every time I click on the website it takes me to some pet place & any number I call is disconnected. I have a 65inch so called smart tv that since December I haven't been able to watch you tube or netflix on since some upgrade? Before this the tv was fine? Netflix have no answers other than get another tv & can't contact viano... not happy.
Last night the screen went blank on my Viano LED 55-INCH 4K UHD TV, I tried all the troubleshooting suggestions, even unplugging all the cords for most of the day. When I reconnected power the screen stays black. The TV is approximately five years old. Is it stuffed?
Hello Ken, I'm sorry I can't assist. All I can say is good luck trying to contact the company as is dumb account details on website. I too had issue on my 65inch. Where everything was working perfectly then was unable to use netflix on the device, as the t.v wouldn't allow my to update play services. Than a week later remote would not be recognised therefore can't access anything at all anymore menus etc. If u find anyone pass on to me too please. All the best
