conditions were so hidden away and as the sizing was so off the bra could fit 2.5 of my breast in it. First and last purchase ever.
Absolute crooks - sent my wife's parcel with my name to someone else's address. I tried for 3 months to get the issue corrected and a refund processed or the parcel delivered to the correct address. They refused and I was therefore forced to raise a dispute with the bank. Really terrible customer service.
Disappointing experience. Orders placed on 27 December were packed and posted very slowly and did not arrive in time for overseas travel. This experience leaves me feeling misled by your promotion and unfairly overcharged.
We purchased a perfume and then the next day we are unable to return it despite the unopened box and everything. Apart from that, they sell the perfume on a double price. 37.90 the item was tagged 19.95 which they unfortunately forgot to removed from the item. Show details
Pricing error on products and no apology or resolution – The prices are not only exorbitantly high but the customer service is poor. apology was given and the guy next to her called me as being rude to her for saying I will leave a review. Apparently that was threatening! Very dissapointed I didn’t buy the item in question although spent $165 buying other stuff. Untrained staff with no empathy or ability to resolve a problem. Lower IQ levels than I expected.

season past thinking maybe i can have clear answer after the busy season. Rang them up today 02/01/25 only to be told that my case is still under investigation and right now the remaining items are out of stock to which he offered a refund that will take about 1-3days. Which i don’t know if refunds will go on that timeframe given that they already messed up with delivery. Their online ordering system is VERY DISORGANIZED it just keeps on receiving online orders, takes payments even if products are no longer available. For a huge company, deliveries have NO tracking NO signature on delivery even if you order $$$. VERY POORLY MANAGED online ordering/delivery system. Just sad coz their products are quite good. With this experience, I would stay away from online ordering from them anymore.The very low star rating here is very accurate.

love them – every year I do a midyear shop during their sales and I'm honestly never disappointed. Great products, comfortable and very good quality. Beautiful bags and wallets also! Good Underwear – I bought bras and undies and was mostly pleased. Most of the undies are comfy, a couple ride up the crack too much. The bra was too padded for me so not comfortable. They arrived quickly and were average price. Will browse again.

Dont buy any product online as they will advertise of freebies if you reach a certain amount but it all lies, you wont received anything and when you email them they response longer. Does not respond to website chat, email or other points of customer service. Over the course of 4 days, over various times within their "available" window, will not respond to live chat. Not once. status not working, is highly unusual. There is no way of getting in touch with them to find out the status. Howver in any case, some time has passed and the order should of progressed by now. Many orders placed after this one with other companies have been received. Nothing from VS.
If you send an email, you'll receive an auto response email advising of a ticket number. The link to this "ticket" takes you to a 3rd party site where you are required to make an account to find out what's going on. Very sus.
At best, their online operation is a mess. At worst, they've the hallmarks of a legit scam.

exchange them for a bigger size. I was told that I would have to pay extra if I were to exchange them because my daughter originally bought them on sale. This was not the case when I actually looked at my receipt. And if this had of been the case, this would have been an absolute joke. I asked to speak with her manager and she told me that I had to exchange my pyjamas at the original store that they were purchased from. If I read the fine print I probably wouldn’t have wasted my time and avoided the disappointment. I was just grateful that my daughter didn’t purchase these while in another state otherwise there would have been no way I’d be able to exchange them. I was told to leave my details at the store and someone from head office would be in contact. I also backed this up on 2 seperate occasions and called there customer service line and got no help whatsoever. I’m still waiting for my email, and I was told by customer service support that my situation was out of their control because they only deal with online purchases. Victoria secret has infuriated me and they definitely won’t be getting my business ever again. They shouldn’t be allowed to trade with their bad customer service and unrealistic policy’s. Supposedly this item doesn't come in 100ml. And yet that's what I paid for?! AND THEN I had purchased one of their 4 bundle package which was to include 100ml Perfume, Travel Perfume, Body Mist and Body Lotion. I only received the Travel Perfume and Body Lotion and weeks later after following up again, I was told that the other items are not available and they credited my account. When I requested to return the two items I did receive, because let's be honest, who wants half a bundle!?....they said because the items aren't damaged I could not return them. not receiving my order. First time i received refund after a month. This time, after many exchanged emails and on my suggestion, i was told they can send me an alternative item. I asked for express shipping due to me going to Europe within a week. After 5 days i am still not getting any answers. I tried contacting them, sent 2 emails, no reply. Tried calling, there is no way to get through. They keep me on hold for 5 min and then inform me that no one can answer and disconnect the call. The problems started when VS Australia opened. Consumer Affairs Vic. They advised me to write a letter of complaint to Victoria Secret requesting a refund by a specific date. If this refund was not actioned in that time frame, I said I would go to the ACCC and ring back consumer affairs. I also wrote numerous comments on the Victoria secret facebook and instagram pages, requesting a refund and telling people to check reviews on this site before purchasing from them. Finally & most importantly, threatened I would go to A Current Affair and that’s when I got my refund. Good luck!
Ordered 2 bras online, they only sent one. No refund, no contact, nothing. I followed up via there online chat, they apologised and said they’d follow up with their refunds team. they either make false promises of "escalating the issue" or literally ignore you. For your own sanity do not buy from this company. They took my money and ran. It was only after months I decided to just dispute with my bank and with all the overwhelming evidence I received my refund via the bank. VS is yet to respond to me. Shame on you for your pathetic business practices!
Placed order in Jan, one month later only half the order arrived. No response to emails. Requested refund via phone today however someone from internal VS has to ring me back…. Will not purchase from VS again.
