usless builder who built our house with a huge amount of defects. we have been in our home for 10 months now and are still waiting for all problems to be rectified.

Not recomended at all – Victorian house and land spec trashed my dream of being a home owner. I met one of the consultant for house and land package in Truganina. To start with, the finance broker appeared tobe very helpful and kind. The broker submitted incorrect application for my FHOG and it was rejected by Govt. I tried calling the broker but I guess she had recieved her commission by then. I never had a call back.

Land was delayed by 10 months. No follow up was done ultimately we had to make our own enquiries from the council to get to know the status of our land. Asolutely pathertic service by vhls.

after land settlement we paid our 5% to the builder.

After getting 5% they decided to increase the price of building construction.

we were left with no choice to pull out as builder would not refund our money.

Builder took 4 months to get one site after recieving 5% deposit and took more than 6 months

to complete the house which was absolutely disgusting in quality. we were shown a differnt

house and were given something which didnt even reselmble closely to the original.

ABsolutely dissatisfied and feel ripped off. I would never ever recomend this company to

any of my friend cant think of any. Melbourne's most disgraceful house and land company Bad Service, false promises.

Basil is the Best – Being first time House & Land buyers, Basil D'Costa has been supportive and very helpful through out the whole process. He was there from signing the contracts to Key handover of the house. We can't recommend Basil enough as he is very honest and quick with his response time.
