I have had the same problem expired after 12 months ,the law is expiry should be 3 years if purchased after November 2019 why isn't Consumer Affairs looking into it.

I would say that's a no because gold class tickets are more expensive

Mine was only a couple of months out of date , they are not flexible at all. What they really want is no customers at all so they don’t have a job, how would that go down.

I have Vrewards vouchers and when I enter in the barcode and then go to select seats it selects 4 seats when I only have 2 and won't let me only select 2 and asks for the additional payment

Probably not. Apparently they were all extended till 9/9/2022 and they can’t extend any more. Well according to the useless customer service or lack of.

My 2 x gold class movie vouchers have an expiry date 31/3/20 due to covid and being a practicing nurseI have not been able to use these vouchers. How do I get the extension on them so I can finally use them. Village is supposed to honour them under these circumstances.

Book the tickets online and instead of paying by card you need to put in your voucher number
