1st rate customer service – Unfortunately once the deodoriser faded and the carpets dried the carpet does not look or smell any better. We were promised the urine (foster kittens) would be gone but some stains were irremovable. Very disappointed.

Thanks for the help – needed urgent carpet cleaning for my new place. They were quick and responsive. Good price and no cheaky business. End result was great. No complaints. Cleaners could have been nicer.

Shocking and Unprofessional – I’m not sure how this company stays afloat. The job we received was awful. Carpets stayed wet and muddy looking for days and blotchy. I tried to contact them to return but theyre not interested and blame our carpet! Furious and beyond words.

explaining i need it fixed. Makes excuses and blames everything on some other reason not related to his work. We paid $590 for 2 rooms, a small staircase and 3 frame only on couches NO back or seating CUSHIONS ON THEM whatsoever! What a wrought. Was quoted $250 over the phone. The carpet was left very wet with stains not removed when the Technician left. The Technican had also run out of invoices so I have no receipt to say the carpet was cleaned by VIP. A very unprofessional company and the certainly wasn’t worth $270.00.

Best Job Ever – Adam came today to clean my carpets and a badly stained arm-chair. I cannot get over what a fantastic job he did. He was on time, polite, and very professional. My carpet looks brand new and the chair is a million times better than it was. I used another company 18 months ago and was very disappointed in the job they did. I'd never use anyone else now.

Do not use – Very poor result rushed the job very few marks removed. Price increased a lot from the quote because I moved furniture so they had to clean more. They arrived just a little after the time window they set.

So friendly , Proffesional and respectful – Look no further ! Hands down the best and the most respectful business. The two guys ( farther an son) were on time, gave advise, were friendly too my animals and family. I asked them for advise on my other unit I was renting that had just been "cleaned" by another company. VIP carpet cleaned up the other companies failure. With not even a blink on an eye. Quoted one price over the phone then another price on arrival – I was quoted $150 for vacuum, stain treatment and steam clean. On inspection was quoted $350. still stains, dirt and dust on the couches? When I expressed my dissatisfaction I was talked over and told “my equipment isn’t designed to clean those areas ” ..and that I should have vacuumed them myself. I hardly call this professional service. I have written a formal complaint and still haven’t heard back. I will be taking this complaint further if this isn’t resolved shortly.

Terrible – Was quoted 2 bedroom unit for 120 but when he got here their like so you booked cleaning but what do you want? Steam cleaning oh steam cleaning is 220! Terrible – Original quote 2 bed combine living dining but only traffic areas for bed rooms $145 ended up $350. Leather 6 seater lounge $350. After the talk up about shampooing and our carpet being difficult $700 for just on an hours work, all stains still present. ACCC here I come.

agreed for him to do the clean. He said his service came with a 100% guarantee so I had nothing to worry about. The guy did not even pre vacuum and was finished within 20 minutes! I could not understand how a whole house could be cleaned within 20 minutes! The carpet did not look any cleaner then before he came! I told the technician that the carpet looked no cleaner than before and I was not happy with the service. The guy was rude and arrogant towards me and told me I should have paid for the industrial clean! I wish I never used this company. Just a big waste of money!

Vipcarpetcleaning – these guys are crooks. added an extra zero to final bill after he had me sign the invoice and took the money out on his eftpos. when i realised he lied and said the new price was what he quoted. warn your friends about them...utter charlatans and con artists.

Distroyed my 20000dollar Carpet – This homeless looking man came to clean our couch. He didn't put any covers on the carpet. He spilt dye on our carpet and will not take any responsibility. He was uninsured so we are now taking legal action. We told him our furniture was expensive but he didn't take any notice of us. Careless and no clue what they are doing. The stain on our couch was still present after he destroyed our carpet. Should not be cleaning carpets or couches

Rug still looks the same – Terrible! The rug looks as though they actually didn't attempt to clean it at all or with just water and no detergent. A complete rip off too. Also said they could get wax candle drips out with special chemical - the rug is exactly the same as before. When spoke to the guy about it - he was rude and arrogant. Will NEVER use again!

Terrible!!! Save yourself some money!!! – I was quoted $490 over the phone for the steam cleaning of 4 bedrooms plus 16 stairs. then quoted me $970, telling me that he had to use "special industrial equipment". I negotiated the price down to $700 cash. My husband wanted me to cancel the job, and I suggested the same, and the contractor threw at me that I then I had to pay a cancellation fee. When in fact, he had broken a contract on the original price and I was within my rights to withdraw as a consumer.

The cleaning itself was substandard. They did not vacuum prior to the steam cleaning and the carpet didn't look much better afterwards, and there were still stains everywhere. The cleaner alluded to the fact that if i had an "industrial clean", then it would be "spotless". That's what I went with. A Lie. Extremely disappointed to say the least. Will be lodging a complaint with the Department of Fair Trading.

I vacuum my house twice a week. I have both a Miele and a Dyson, both of which I am happy. The cleaner said that it was like my house hadn't been vacuumed in a month!!!!

Too expensive! – I was quoted $390 for four rooms and a bathroom floor tile clean. On the plus side the carpets were cleaner, but the bathroom tiles looked the same as before.

Then to add insult to injury I was asked to sign a form saying that I was 'completely satisfied' with the job. I wasn't in the mood for an argument, so I signed it and paid.

Australia is a rip-off. Most tradies only seem to care about money and the level of service and expertise is generally poor. VIP Carpet Cleaning is no exception. He showed up on time. Too expensive.
