someone to contact us to arrange for their replacement. They have shut up shop as vista but are owned by kresta blinds who don’t seem to want to know about any problems and continue to ignore us. Now we are taking them to fair trading and will also be taking out a small claim against these dodgy operators who think they can take your money and then forget about you. Do not have anything to do with this company or their parent company kresta if you want a quality item look elsewhere.

an ETA for my second replacement- turns out they weren't doing anything about it after someone left the company and failed to pass information on 5. Had to request yet another replacement of the replacement of the replacement curtains due to them being made in the wrong colour. 6. Had to request an ETA of the (hopefully) final replacement due to there being no communication from the company regarding this.
It is June 2021 and I am still waiting.
I cannot understand how a company like this is still in business when their service is so pathetic. It is an absolute embarrassment to their organisation. As a member of many renovation organisations, I will not be keeping quiet if anyone ever asks which curtain company to avoid.

Really poor after sale service, do not pay upfront – We have waited over a year to have faulty products replaced. Vista have arrived 3 times with the wrong replacement blinds. been enough of a red flag to know the journey wasn't going to be a smooth one...). I had confirmed with the Vista retailer in Cannington that Botella (the fabric) was black as my wife and I were very specific in what we wanted... The website mentioned there would be a 4 week delay on installation which I was ok with. A few weeks later, the installer came out to measure the installation site. He then informed me that I would need to add a $550 steel beam (which was never mentioned at point of sale). After being told this is standard practice and should have been included in the initial cost, I was left with little choice but to incur the additional cost. I was not shown a sample of the Botella fabric and assumed as I had verbally confirmed with the sales people and the colour swatch on the website (attached) was black.
After two weeks more of waiting on an installation date (four weeks after initially ordering) I was told my blind was still on order fro China and unlikely to be in before Xmas. As the Xmas timeframe was something I had also verbalised with the sales and support staff, again I was let down. I was told I would be updated with a time frame. Mid-December I was told the awning wouldn't be in Australia until the end of January and then may be able to figure out an installation date. The lady who I was speaking to regarding installation dates (lovely lady), had no authority and had to run everything passed management. There was mention of compensation for the ridiculously long wait, but am yet to hear anything regarding this... I was then surprised with a phone call mid-jan that my awning will be installed on the 30th January (3 months after the order and 4 months after first trying to order).
The awning was installed and the fabric is green (grass green). The installer took note of my digression and said he would have someone call me. No one called. I have since called about 10 times, it was either a no answer, voicemail or support staff on the east coast who said they would get the correct management to contact me "ASAP". No call back...
The awning has also been installed on an angle (which is one thing I wanted to speak to someone about, but no one wants to call me back)...
So, long story short - If you manage to miss the other 131+ 1star reviews, please give this incredibly incompetent company a VERY wide berth.
And yes, I would still like someone to call me so they can give me my black awning and straighten it........

blinds and pelmets were remade once already as the original ones were shocking (pelmet material on first lot were actually in the opposite direction to the blinds) but I still have issues with the newer ones. There are waves all through the material of the blinds, scratches on the pelmets and all of the pelmets are different as some are lumpy, some have fabric that has fallen out of the pelmet bracket and some have been badly stuck to the bracket. There is no customer service and they don’t seem to have any urgency in rectifying this issue even after 18 months and they don’t advise updates on anything so I’m still sitting here in the dark, waiting for something to be done but who knows as I have had no responses to advise of any outcome. Worst mistake of my life and I wouldn’t wish this on anyone but I guess the saga continues for me until I have a resolution.

three separate issues that cause them not to be able to be installed. The installers were as helpful as they could be under the circumstances and apologetic. From Friday morning until Wednesday I hear nothing, no official call to apologise and explain the issue, no update, nothing. I've just rung now, three and a half business days later and still have no idea when my blinds will be supplied as ordered and installed. I'm waiting for the regional manager to call me, I can't be told when that may be and I can't have the number. On the installation day I was told I would receive a phone call 30 minutes prior to arrival, but the installer turned up on the doorstep with no warning. Screws (choking hazards) were left on the carpet of my baby daughter's room by the installer. I would not recommend them and wish I had seen these other reviews. I will be getting future blinds from an online blind provider that manufactures their blinds in Australia.

replacing the shutters but can't say the same for Kym in the office. When I asked to speak to their head office they told me they didn't have the number in front of them. Took a year until all issues were fixed. I was also informed they were Australian made (not true). Also fitters work for Vista and Kresta so all one and the same. Also, it's wrong that payment has to be made in full before installation. I suppose they can take their sweet time fixing any issues then as they already have the money. Poor quality blinds – Got Vista blinds to fit out 12 windows with venetian blinds. Within a couple of year most of the tilt mechanism had gone so we needed to replace them at our cost. 4 years down the track all the blinds throughout the house now need to be replaced. 4 large blinds because of a $10.00 part. I managed to get hold of the 1 only tilt mechanism they had left over in stock which doesn't fit and was told "If it doesn't fit there is no refund". Great customer service. Beware of buying blinds that are all now imported from China with no back up or spares available. I wouldn't deal with Vista ever again.
