VitaPet's Clumping Cat Litter is a favorite in our home. I have 4 cats who use this everyday, it is excellent at clumping and reducing wasted litter. at first, because some scented litters smell too artificial or overpowering, but this one is surprisingly soft and calming. It lightly masks the smell without being strong or irritating for either me or my cat. Even on days when I’m a bit late with cleaning, the odour doesn’t build up like it used to with other litters.

The clumping ability is another big win. It forms tight, solid clumps that don’t break apart when scooping. I’ve had litters in the past that crumble into tiny pieces, making the tray messy and requiring a full change more often—but this one really clumps cleanly, which saves a lot of time and effort. Because the clumps hold together so well, the rest of the litter stays cleaner for longer.

In terms of absorbency, it does its job very reliably. Even with regular daily use, the litter doesn’t get soggy or muddy. It absorbs moisture quickly and evenly, which helps maintain a clean surface for my cat to step on every time.

I also appreciate that it’s naturally sourced, and the baking soda addition actually helps with extra odour protection. The texture of the litter seems comfortable for my cat too—she adjusted to it immediately with no hesitation.

The 15L bag is a good size; it lasts a decent amount of time for one cat, and I feel like I get good value out of it because it doesn’t need to be fully replaced as often thanks to how well it clumps.

Overall, I’m genuinely happy with this product. If someone is looking for a litter that controls smell well, clumps firmly, is easy to maintain, and has a pleasant, gentle scent, this would be a solid choice. My cat seems comfortable with it, my home smells fresher, and cleaning the tray has become much easier. I’ll definitely keep buying this one.

We have an old cat that absolutely hated the crystal cat litter until we tried this one and he absolutely loves it and lavendar scent completely masks his urine smell. We can get at least 6 weeks between changes. Show details ·  1

We’ve had cats for over 50 years and this is by far the best clumping litter we have found. Clumps really well, easy to clean, no smell and 1 bag lasts our 2 cats about a month. I would give it a zero if I could. It's terrible. It sticks to my cats paws and turns the bathroom floor into a beach and what isn't left in the bathroom room, is then left on our carpet. It's very fine, my cats do not like it. It's way too expensive, very NOT worth it. I threw it away after the kitties tried it the first time, I knew it was not going to work. I am going back to using the regular clay litter, my kitties are happier too. Show details

Best kitty litter we have ever used – We have owned cats for over 50 years and this is by far, the best kitty litter we have ever used. Nice and fine so it doesn't hurt our cats paws. Clumps beautifully so easy to remove. A 7kg bag lasts our 2 cats about 6 weeks so its economical too. We put a bathmat in front of their kitter tray which prevents tracking through the house. Keeps smell to a minimum – I have tried a lot of different litters and keep coming back to this one. Really keeps the smell down compared to others. I love how easy it is to scoop the clumps out, reduces wastage of unused litter a lot. Show details ·  1

Clumping cat litter – This cat litter is the best cat litter I have tried.No dust, makes litter box cleaning so easy.
