Typical big business..morals of a politician – Cancelled 4g 5g in my area never had the decency to contact me..so came home today to do invoicing and no connection..upon contacting them...all they could say was it had been cancelled yet they continued to charge me for it..want me to go to nbn plan with them..yet cannot give me a definite when modem will be here..more lies and entrapment from vodafone

Disgusting Customer Service VODAPHONE NBN – Last Thursday first thing no WiFi called and was told my account had been hacked and she will get back to me. No call back. Friday am agent told me someone had requested ) new service provider and (I live alone) she will get back to me. No call. Friday night was advised at approx 7pm I would have my wi fi in 3-4hours and a request for activation… Read more

Was advised Not activated [Name Removed] will call me tomorrow (Monday) to ensure previous requests for activation have been cancelled and we will start again No-one has hacked my account or whatever other stories have been told to me. I spoke to [Name Removed] at 8am this morning and I asked to speak to a Manager he advised I will get a call back in 3-4 hours. Now it is 1pm STILL no call back. I am in tears with frustration. [Name Removed] advised on Monday he will do activation request again and I should have a result 24-48 hours after that and then proceeded to try to sell me a 5g plan and for me to return my router, get a new one and pay more money per month. Having lost my husband this year I have been unable to leave my home and am on a single pension I cannot afford any more money for anything!!!!Yet again!!!! I am totally disgusted with this TOTAL LACK OF SERVICE and lies your agents have told me. These all need to be addressed asap. I will not and would not recommend Vodaphone to anyone and am taking this further. This took 3 weeks to rectify.

solve my issue. My call was accidentally disconnected due to the connection issue. They never called me back. Looks like they are believers of "if you ignore the problem, there will be no problem at all".
