installation went smoothly too early to review product as l have only had it two days and l don't review products until l have seen how well it works. so naturally l can only give a star rating on installation so this is my review on installation only. Show reply
Absolute disgrace of a company . I signed 2 contracts for 2 properties. After signing they tried to sneak in hidden costs . Refused to answer calls texts or emails . I ended up cancelling both jobs because of their dishonest work practices. Avoid these cowboys at all costs
Overall good experience with the company. Easy to deal through quoting and pricing process, good pricing. Install was quick and reasonabky tidy. installers did a fantastic job. Nice, neat installation with no hassles whatsoever. I’m really happy with the system, especially being able to control when the battery charges and discharges. I’m already taking advantage of AGL’s 28c per kWh feed-in rate between 5 pm and 9 pm, which is a great bonus! Overall, a great experience from start to finish. Very happy with VoltX Energy and would definitely recommend them to anyone considering a home battery.

surprised that I was only required to pay a deposit and I was sent an invoice after the installation. I opted to have backup circuits installed, everything was explained to me by the installer, helped me with the app. The whole experience from start to finish was handled professionally by VoltX, I highly recommend them to anyone looking for solar.

with the quote they gave me for my 46.5 kWh Alpha ESS system. Other quotes didn’t match theirs. Their website was also very informative. Today they installed my battery. The workers were very professional and polite. They explained what they were doing and helped me to connect to their app. The area was left very clean once they had finished. I was very impressed. Not long after they left I was contacted by their support to make sure everything was ok and they helped me understand the app a bit better. Knowing my system is now being monitored by them and seeing the information on my app really has given me a greater sense of security and peace of mind. Thank you to all the team at Voltx. After 2weeks, the battery are ready to be installed. It took about 4hours for everything to be installed. And the system is remarkable. I can see it use less electricity from the grid with the help pf their app for monitoring the batteries and solar panels production.. very satisfied.. Show reply

Follow-up · My install was about 6 weeks after deposit as I’m in a regional area. Install only took 2 hours. Battery is 28kw. My grid usage has gone from 38kw/day before to <10kw/day now.

etc, then smartly tops itself up from the first solar panel production next morning, and only then exports the excess electricity to the grid. My monthly energy bill has gone into a small credit less than two weeks since the installation. Next month, and every month after that, will be a larger credit. It is a very satisfying feeling.
Follow-up · I added 3 more batteries to the original when the rebates were available. So now I have 40 kWh. It's been a brilliant setup. The APP is very good. Service was good - a remote update of the software was needed after the extra batteries were added - all went smoothly. Even with some cloudy weeks over winter that caused a full draw down of all 4 batteries, my AGL account balance has remained in credit.

proper certificate of compliance. Janine from Voltx finance team was quite helpful in arranging I’m arranging for 0% interest NSW Home energy saver Loan process. Based on that when I approached solar suppliers and vendors for quote, I insisted on them to arrange for 0% interest free loan. I have lodged application with Brighte and it got approved within a day as my case falls under the eligibility criteria and met all the conditions such as Battery brand should be eligible for rebate, Vendor should be accredited installer and supplier. All happened within 2 to 3 weeks time and hassle free. I have signed up VPP scheme. Thanks to Neovolt Installation, onboarding, sales, tech teams. They all worked together to understand the customer requirement and suggested the recommended product solution with appropriate pricing.
Follow-up · So far ongoing support is good. No unexpected costs, billed as advertised in the sales promotion. Solar panels are performing better than expected.

In one word disgusted. 6 months after paying deposit I'm told they were refunding me as they could not find an Installer. 6 months later deposit still not refunded
Very poor after sales/install service. Was initially fairly happy with the install and communication, however they did have to reschedule a couple of times. I was told several times by the sales team if i get battery's installed through voltx when we have a blackout the battery's would provide power to the house. WRONG!!! We had a four hour blackout last Saturday and the battery's were at 100% and had no power to the house...

So far, the system has worked perfectly. The installation is neat, tidy and very professional, and I couldn't be happier with the result.
If you're sitting on the fence about using this company, just do it! I honestly couldn't fault them. They even followed up with a phone call afterwards to make sure I was happy and that everything was working properly — which it absolutely is.
Looking back, I'm really happy with how the whole process went. The service has been excellent, the installation is fantastic, and best of all, the system is already saving me a significant amount of money.
Highly recommended! If I could give 6 stars I would.
Voltx Had 28Kwh Battery and 10Kwh Hybrid hooked onto our existing 6.6kwh Solar on the Roof, no complaints, installed on the day they said, and as it has only been less than week everything working well, just need some more sun to get the battery to 100%. I would recommend Voltx Alpha ESS and the Voltx Blue Battery as I have both installed at different houses. Gold Coast Qld Show reply
