Vort delve very effiecntly with the first problem and solved the hot water service issue, 2 further issues were identified by me, these were very quickly solved, I appreciate the attention to detail, consideration in quoting for each of the three jobs, very happy to recommend there services

I had a really big issue with my stormwater drains where it was flooding my roof. David came out onto site and fixed me downpipes and blocked drains, very quickly service

Was very happy a with Deans service, he’s impeccable timing and his polite attitude. I have ever dealt with someone as kind as him. He installed my taps that were leaking and came on the same day.

From the first phone call, I knew that the experience would be fantastic. Dean came out at 7 on a Saturday morning and walked me through everything that was happening before fixing it with care and ease. I’ve got him on speed dial now.

I got a second opinion on the plumbing issue I had, and I have to edit my review, which I submitted at the request of Vort Plumbing tradie on the spot. The plumber suggested jetting and CCTV to remove the blockage and identify the cause, which I was happy with. He performed the jetting through the most accessible pipeline, did CCTV, suggest roots are causing the blockages.

He then said at the end that he cannot access the other two pipelines and needs to dig up the ground, create an access point, etc., to remove the blockage from the other two pipes. Had he said this in the begining I would not have allowed him to start the job. Whether he could access the other two pipes or not was clear from the sewerage diagram. The cost for the suggested solution was very high as well, and it didn't make sense to me, so I disagreed despite lots of efforts to convince me.

I called a local plumber, told him the issue, and he came over, assessed the supposedly inaccessible pipes, jetted them clean with less than 20% of the cost Vort was quoting, and the issue is resolved.

Fast and Efficient! Tricky job for us to try and do ourselves

Efficient, quickly done, covered all the obstacles an so forth. Explained it well and the benefits of the new one rather then the older system.
