On the other side is a very savvy team who's waiting for you! They're very well trained in the Art of Scam & apply their "award winning" tactics with vigour so rest assured you'll be "processed" in style that will leave you overwhelmed! Because they have hundreds of millions of sellers who is largely unscrupulous & dishonest with some just stupid or opportunistic! It is them who you can't talk or ask & it's them who'll ship you junk which will be passed on you by illustrious Vova team!

Let's say you've bought a watch which not so vaguely looks like the real one, what will you get!? I tell you, one time outta 50 you'll get what you've seen in the listing. But.. it will be quartz instead of mentioned mechanical - automatic movement, logo could be misspelled, etc. Please ... consider yourself lucky, wear it to the fancy dress party & bin it. But what if the small envelop that arrived has a word Coat in contents but contain a simple paper clip or 50 cents earring, instead of the watch or the hot looking sneakers!? Coat!? Yeah .. Of course, the PayPal is there to help but not so fast, a month & a half and by the time you'll be able to submit complain to Vova 2 seasons pass!

Vova Resolution settings is hopeless but once you through their smart team awaits you on another end! When PAPA gets your money back & do that few times Vova gets upset, they feel it is you who's having them & Bingo! - Your account is suddenly suspended! If you lucky & a bit savvy it's possible to reopen the new ones but soon you've run out of options! There is a possibility that PAPA is going to say Too many refunds! & shut your account, rarely it does happens, do everything by the book, only then you safe! You scream the shoes all small! Same with garments! Good 70% of the items is either broken or not as described! After loosing few $100's you've become wiser but even then it's hard to win! Beware & stay away! Good luck!

I paid for a bunch of items then the site shut down. How do I get my money back – Was easy to navigate but it shut down wth. I want my money back you must refund all customers this is theft

Poor refund service – Happy to take your money quickly but crap to return it. Don't even respond to any of your emails. Don't buy from these guys.

Con job, not even knock off's are safe. A lot of bait and switch – Bait and switch is used. This is awesome at $20 click on buy it's now another item $200. They even block negative reviews.

Extremely poor products – Vova use Big brand name but send you very poor quality products. No money back guarantee or no guarantee for delivery.

Cheaply made replicas – I bought a few items. The items on vova look really good however once recieved I immediately could see I was fooled that the goods are cheaply made replicas of what's presented on vova, some goods were faulty. The sellers and products are from china, vova protects their own. They say they refund however they do not refund so don't be fooled by this. Only use PayPal if you want any chance of refunds don't use credit cards or bank accounts.

Photos do not give true indication – I ordered 5 items - 4 arrived been charged for 5. I wouldn't wear any of them. The cut is dreadful, the material is cheap and they look nothing like the photos. I would advice to avoid this site. Going to try to return, but the process is not easy.

only if i can sue them to wasting my time – they claimed the item have been shipped and arrived to the local post office , give me a reference number and asked me go to post office to sort it out and i found out the number was invalid. i reported to them and they refused to refund.. then again they provided me different reference number and asked me to post office to sort it out . again the second reference number was invalid . totally waste of my time .

Avoid at all costs – I recently purchased a pair of shoes from this site they have been tracked as delivered I haven’t received them. I contacted Australia post according to them the item only weighed 10 grams . Now vova refused to give me a refund. People please DO NOT use this site

Hit and Miss - avoid! – Very hit and miss. Ordered 5 items recently: 2 were great, 2 were incorrectly described, 1 never arrived. Avoid this site is my advice!

Do not do business with this spam gang! – vova.com is an international spam and fraud gang. It has several country-specific country domain names which it uses to change its 'from' addresses around in its spam, to avoid spam filters. ACMA took action. The email address they were spamming on my domain never existed, so it never could have requested the vova.com's garbage. (Spamming a nonexistent email address is illegal under Australia's Spam Act 2003, by the way, as is a spammer creating email addresses by automated means and then spamming them). My domain suffered damage as a result of this spam gang's relentless virtual DDoS spam attack. As if this gang's illegal spamming wasn't bad enough, there are numerous reports of people being duped into handing over money to this fraud operation and never getting what they paid for. When you do a domain registration check on vova.com, why is their whois information redacted? Is it because this spam gang want to steal your money from you for shoddy goods (or no goods at all) and don't want you coming after them to get your money back? This spam gang is very sensitive to negative (i.e. factual) reviews about their shady operation and tries to get them taken down.

Do not buy anything – Ordered S20 plus phone . received iPhone in box no charger no cable can't switch on the phone finally I found out it's toy, fake phone try to get my money back they are refused to refund my money

As Bad as it gets.....Avoid – Ordered product that did not arrive. Unable to log back on to their site to check status of order. Customer service requests to Vova met with stalling tactics and ‘runaround’ requests. Sent them a screenshot of Order/payment confirmation but they stated they had no record of the order. Luckily, I was able to get my money back thru PayPal. I strongly suggest that you away from this site.

OROTON HAND BAG SCAM – It good to be true but they put their ad in face book called Oroton Muse Shopper and when you purchased "Vova Boutique" do not purchased any items from there. i lost $88 dollars people please be careful.

I buy everything from Aliexpress now. They are much better to deal with. if something is not as described, they refund your money, but DONT prevent you shopping with them.

A compete scam – Ordered two items one a dress that looked nothing like the picture, the fabric was see through and would have fit an 8 year old, the other item still hasn't arrived. I asked for a refund on the dress, no luck. Wish I had read the review page before ordering.

I'd ordered. And to top it off, today I received a raggedy-looking piece of fabric that looked remarkably like a brushed nylon "brunch coat" my granny would have worn - and that I knew no way had I purchased. A check online confirmed that the badly-sewn atrocious piece of rubbish I received looked nothing like the well-made, fashionably cut and panelled top I had agreed to buy - I counted 9 panelled ruffles on the one displayed online. The 3 amateurish pieces of material cut and sewn on the shirt I received looked as though they were cut out and sewn by a 5 year old. They couldn't be called panels because they weren't panels. It was supposed to be a "Boho Swing Ruffle T Shirt Summer Fashion Tee Irregular Hem Tunic Top". And it cost me $22.01!!! I can't even take it to Vinnies as they would turn me away. So far all the items have come from China - they must be thinking: "Wow, those Aussies will buy any old rubbish and pay through the nose for it too!!" Much to my misery (and shame) there are more items to come. So be aware - there appears to be no "Flash Sale" at VOVA - only misrepresentation.

Dont bother – Put in order, was told free postage but got charged, cancelled another order but they took the money and again charged postage, little contact from them, checked and they are also known as best deals today australia
