If i could leave zero i would. Disgraceful attitude from incredibly rude dismissive staff after their technicians refused to even perform the diagnostic job that was booked. Now left to.drive a car with a serious and dangerous fault for several more weeks until another service centre can do the job Show details
A complete waste of money overpriced cannot diagnose proply misleading then want to charge thousands for repairs that aren't even needed or correct I have found VW to be a can of worms turned a good thing into a nightmare this dealership survives by taking advantage of people how they can just sit there straight faced and tell you it's a $5.000… Read more

Paul Wakling Campbelltown has One of the worst service department ever! Couldn't even fix the issues we have from brand new. Took it back multiple times and still the same issues. The service manager is unprofessional and can't handle when he is wrong. Got the Pajero serviced the other week. (15k service) The only thing they did was change the oil… Read more
(maybe the filter ? ) and pollen filter. The brake fluid wasn't topped up, washer fluid wasn't topped up, the universal joints were not greased. Engine bay and engine wasn't washed. I stopped looking after that. I am not even sure if they did the oil change. No confidence in PW service department. $500 later for a half butt job. Their survey feedback wasn't even acknowledged. Asked for a call back but nothing.

Biggest dealer in south west still give worst service in south west – The reason we bought a d-max from the albury dealer is because 25 years ago we bought 2 cars, for cash, from waklings and had bad service then. For the last 5 months I have had nothing but crap to deal with from their atrocious, repeat atrocious, attitude from 1 month wait for a service to overcharging 175 bucks and things said were checked off and… Read more
done but not done, charging for unnecessary products and covering removed/repaired/replaced bits covered in silicone and lots more which I wont go into. Things have not changed in over 25 years.I will go trade in on a toyota and get good service.Never, repeat, never ever will go back!!!!!!!!!
Damaged my car during a service and lied about it – I dropped my Triton off to have a problem with the left front parking sensors looked at. When I picked it up and drove it out of the carpark I found my left blinker was flashing fast. This usually indicates a blown globe, but all of my lights still worked so I immediately knew that the problem lay with the load resister that was fitted behind… Read more
the LED blinker on my bull bar. I immediately returned to the workshop and the service representative got a mechanic to look at it. After about 10 minutes she came to inform me that the load resister was physically broken, but that they didn't do it. So I'm expected to believe that in the process of changing the sensor connections less than 5cm from the blinker (see photo), reaching blindly behind the bull bar (which they didn't remove), there is no way they could have accidently bumped the damaged component. To make it worse, you don't ever get to actually talk to the person who works on your car, so when I explained the above to the service representative she just shrugged her shoulders and said "I don't know, sorry". It's a $5 part, and would have taken less than 5 minutes to fit, but instead I get treated like a chump by an incompetent and dishonest service department. As I've been searching this company on social media to leave reviews I've seen that I'm not the only one less than impressed with their service department. I'm not taking my new Triton back there for service again. I'd rather go to a real mechanic who's reputation and customer's satisfaction actually means something to them. The people who work for the dealer workshops like this really don't care how they treat their customers as it doesn't personally affect them or their employment. What's really funny is that there was a guy in the line in front of me who was picking up his new car from service and was being fed a heap of nonsense why they couldn't fix the numerous problems with his car either. He was pretty unhappy! He was a painter and had his company name on his shirt. I'm going to give him a call and see if he wants to tell his story, it sounds pretty bad.
New car purchase – I had been looking for a new for a while and visited Paul Wakeling in Campbelltown. I spoke with Amy the sales manager who was super awesome showing me the range of cars available. I then spoke with Emily the finance manager who gave me options to buy. At no stage were either of the girls pushy, they were absolutely amazing to deal with and this… Read more
was a big selling point for me. I had no hesitation at all. Highly recommend these girls of your in the market looking for a car and also finance !!
Paul Wakeling Automotive - Expect to wait and wait and wait for warranty repairs – The sales team were exceptional, and then it went downhill. My car developed a fault under warranty, it took 5 weeks to get it diagnosed, then another 7 weeks to get the part fitted, even though the part was in stock locally. Do you remember the days when you put your car in the following week and they fix it and give it back to you on the same… Read more
day? Don't expect that at Paul Wakeling, 12 weeks, they should be ashamed.
Why are they so busy? Why does it take 7 weeks to fit a part that is in stock? They are either cutting costs or don't want to pay for mechanics. Either way its you the new car buyer that will suffer. Don't waste your hard earned money on a car from this dealership, In future I will travel out of the area for my next purchase and to get the service I paid for.

Like to social enterprise – We bought a Volvo EX30 from the Southern Highland showroom after much shopping around. What amazes us is the letter we received today from South Western Sydney Local Health District. Wakeling Automotive donated money for the car sold to us, in our name to the Camden and Campelltown Hospitals. The letter mentioned they have donated over $1.85m since 1997. Show details
Used Car Purchase – Purchased a Motor Vehicle from Simon Lay at Paul Wakeling Isuzu Campbelltown. It was a pleasure to buy a vehicle from Simon. He could not have been more helpful, both with his attitude and his knowledge of the workings of the Mitsubishi we purchased. Nothing was too much trouble and his follow up was first rate - he went above and beyond what… Read more
service is in this day and age. He is a credit to both himself and Wakelings. Happy to recommend Simon when purchasing a car.
Great experience – Hi Everyone I just purchased a 2019 Ram from Anthony at Paul Wakeling Campbelltown , He was so informative, knowledgeable , obliging, and fantastic to deal with. Anthony made me a great coffee and helped out in every way , even performing all the horrible RMS side of things. I will definitely be seeing him again for my next purchase Regards Daryl Show details

Shocking service and communication. My Silverado has been back to service 4 times in over 12 months with a transmission/driveline issue. Today, sat waiting to be called to collect the vehicle, no call came. Rang. Sat on hold for 15minutes to be told someone would call tomorrow. Need my car tomorrow for work. Guess I’m hiring a car. Pitiful service nevermind the inability to correct the issue. Show details
Took silverado again to [Name Removed] for the same warranty issues had the car for 3 weeks and still didn't fix it at least it didn't come back damaged this time.
Go else where!!!!! – I took my daughter's VW to Paul Wakelings Campbelltown and the huge mark ups on parts and labour was astronomical. They wanted $79 to install a $6 battery bracket that requires only 1 screw, tried to rip me off by saying my fuel gauge was broken and then changed their tune when I challenged them, saying "oh no, it's working now". They quoted me… Read more
$9500 to fix a $7000 car and when I researched parts and labour, their mark up was over 40%, citing they had to use genuine parts! It's my car, I determine what parts should go into it. They were hard to reach - 3 hours for a return phone call, if at all, and or, waiting on hold for 25 minutes (what, do they think they're Telstra or one of the big banks). Then to add insult to injury, When I let them know that I was waiting for funds to clear and said I'd pay $1000 on pick and the balance the next day, they said they wouldn't let go of possession of the car until it was completely paid - more or less saying they had a "trust" issue with me. If anyone should have doubts on integrity, it would be me, as they have plainly proven their customer service to be more than substandard.

I purchased a used kia sorento through Michael Vlahovic a few months back. I cannot rate him enough. mine was in the shop. The service department on the other hand i cant rate them very high as they did not fix the issue. I ended up having to take the car to my local Kia dealership, the car still being under new car warranty thank goodness, and they seemed to have remedied the issue. I definitely would go back to purchase again from Michael.
Camden Valley Motors – Nasty dealer. Never return call. been waiting for 3 months now for the warranty claim. Now going to the Fair Trading. The guy called [Name Removed] is the worst consultant. talks crap a lot but get the thing done.
Absolutely disgraceful – Purchased a Silverado from paul wakeling in dec2023 collected 2024, ordered the truck with simple tinted windows, weather shields, and 3 3-piece tarps, when I collected it only the tinted windows were on there. went back for warranty work as the vents don't close and allow smells air etc in, to aline guard and tub lights not working, when we… Read more
collected the vehicle the consultant was rude and had no idea about the brand at all they alined the guard now if I open the passenger door it hits the guard. Was told that the vent only closes 97% and that all cars close only 97% when asked if it could be coming from the gear shifter boot was told that is in the tub and is not related. Obviously no mechanical experience. They also scratched the back door in 3 places waited 3 weeks no phone call until I called to complain. Absolutely appalling customer service. I was going to buy an Outlander, I think I'll buy from another dealership as this one is terrible. Would not recommend this dealership if my life depended on it.
Paul waking Mitsubishi service team dismal – I purchased a 2023 model Mitsubishi Triton. Great car however I have had issues with the Bluetooth stereo and the rear shock absorbers. My mechanic advised that the shocks to the rear of the… Read more
car were leaking oil. I booked my car in to the service team at Paul Wakeling Mitsubishi. I waited for an hour for them to look at the car in which they had a 5 minute look at at the issues and advise there is nothing wrong with the Bluetooth and the shocks are within acceptable tolerances. I was then given a bill for them to look at my car. I questioned the bill and was told the manager would wave the bill. I was told by the manager he would look into the Bluetooth and get back to me. I followed up on numerous occasions and not once was I given a return phone call nor any answers to the issues with the Bluetooth. I have bought several new cars from Paul Wakeling Mitsubishi the sales team are great however I would not recommend the Paul Wakeling Mitsubishi service team. It's not worth the headache and I have gone and purchased an aftermarket Bluetooth.

Used car department – If buying a used car from Camden Valley Motors is your only option…go buy a bike! Once the deal is done they don’t care about you and the service drops off completely. I had to chase them to even pay for the car, the delivery and also the contract. If I had my time again I would definitely use someone else and I would recommend others do the same.
Terrible after sales support – Bought a new car from Wakling Automotive and the car has never really run great but they keep saying it’s ok. Great Customer Service – Recently I purchased a used Kia Sportage. Very professional – I purchased a car here earlier this year. The company are very professional and honest. They offered to collect me from the station to pick up my car. My car has had zero issue and drives very well. I dealt with Mursel and he was very polite and accomodating. I would highly recommend this car dealer.
Vw customer service – Jill from vw Paul Wakeling is by far hands down the best person to deal with. Helps you out when in trouble, needing information or really anything in general. I can not praise her enough!

Hyundai i30 2018 used – Bought a used i30 for our daughter to get to Uni and work and was disappointed to find that the fuel pump needs changing. Car broke down on us less than a week after purchase. Luckily it is under new car warranty- that is the only silver lining. Will be without a car for 10 days whilst getting repaired. Don’t buy from this dealer.
what a dissapointment – Buy a car but don't get it serviced here. The sales staff not a problem. but when I brought the car in for service, nothing but problems. If you want a bullbar installed incorrectly and has damaged the fender, this is the dealer for you – Had a car to be replaced as a new for old after a write-off on the 23rd August 2019. Paul Wakeling was chosen by the insurer. The car was delivered 23rd September 2019. It was supposed to be delivered on the back of a truck as agreed to by the insurer. They had someone drive it down without telling us and putting almost 500km on the car. As far as… Read more
we are concerned the car was not new anymore and NRMA Roadside informed us that the value of the car was $10,000 less having been delivered that way. The car was delivered with a bulbar out of alignment and was filthy. The alignment was so bad it was causing the bulbar to rub on the fender and rubbed paint away. The plastic splash guard was also cut too short and was flapping around loosely. Paul Wakeling did not want to do anything to rectify the situation. It took months of communicating with Paul Wakeling to get them to direct the bulbar installer to attempt to rectify the bad install. They obviously didn't check the car before it left the dealership, otherwise they would have identified the bulbar issue. It is 7 months later and the faulty bulbar install is still no sorted out. Worst dealer ever. Once they have sold a car, their care factor is zero.
Warranty issue – Just letting everyone know not to buy a Mitsubishi Outlander. Paul wakling are great, its just the warranty service. MMA have lost my business. I am looking for another vehicle but will not buy another Mitsubishi. Looking at LDV now
If you want disappointment this is the business for you – How to have nothing but disappointment - use Wakeling I am so UPSET to find what was supposed to be a brand new car had 475km on the clock. neither my husband or myself would have agreed to that. There is nothing in writing to say we would receive a car someone had driven. I don't want that, I want a brand new car so I know how it has been driven. So then [name removed] doesn't want to talk to me because she doesn't like my tone, I ask to speak to her supervisor but of course they don't bother to call me back. So I try again, they put me through to mitsubishi while it was still before 5pm, no one answers, then 5pm rolls around and you can't get onto anyone at the dealership anymore. What a pack of that care nothing for customer satisfaction. Find somewhere else to buy your new cars, these people do not care. Not good enough [name removed]

The Service improved after feedback of a bad experience – I bought a new Hyundai and regularly get it serviced at the Dealership (Paul Wakeling).
